Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Thursday clarified that his walking boot is on his right foot, adding that he switched it to his left to "give it a break."
McCain caused confusion when he posted a photo from his daughter Meghan's wedding in which his walking boot was on his left foot. He had previously been seen wearing it on his right foot after he suffered a minor tear in his right Achilles tendon.

It’s kind of sad. Megan having to rush her marriage plans in order for McCain to participate before it is too late. McCain is on his way out soon. He should resign, but he won’t. He is like “Khan”, cursing at Trump till his last breath.
I wish he’d “give us a break” and retire, already!

BTW - saw John on the news lecturing how the military is killing more of its folks in training than in war - seemed sickening to see a guy who killed some of his own lecturing.....

yeah right. Putting the boot on the other foot wouldn’t help one bit. Taking it off and going easy might. He’s either got a super low IQ or thinks the rest of us do. I say the latter.
His explanation only works if it’s actually an FBI ankle bracelet and he has no injury at all. Getting annoying on one foot so switch it to the other. You can still travel. Just stay away from the airport and Mexican/Canadian border.
That explains his voting record.
I have frankly never heard of this, in fact I had to wear a similar boot several times and to switch legs you have to loosen everything completely up to change legs, which takes a ton of effort. Makes me wonder if it was a different boot.
some one proved it was not reversed due to ring fingers and suit buttons.
He needs to strap it to his head.
Uh, okay, let’s see if that makes any sense. My left ankle is broken but the splint is bothering me so I’m going to put it on my right ankle and walk on my broken ankle.

His brain was always screwed up but now it’s mush. The least he could do, and I do mean absolutely least he could do, is to resign and let the AZ Governor appoint a temporary Senator so we have someone representing us that doesn’t have scrambled eggs for a brain.
Harsh? Not nearly as harsh as what he has done to us as a corrupt senator.

The thought did occur to some that he was deliberately trying to throw the election, notably after he stopped campaigning.
If he wanted to give his leg a break, why did he have to put it on his other leg?
