You mean that GOPe that has criticized President Trump more in 1 year than they did Obama in 8 years?
You mean that same GOPe that condemned Obama for his illegal act that gave us DACA (Dreamers Act), yet never brought it to any court in the land, and now that President Trump has put the ball in their court they still have not acted?
You mean that same GOPe that welcomed in illegals just as heartily as the Obama Administration did?
You mean that GOPe that defended Roy Moore over 40 year old allegations whose timing was not only suspect, but the claims themselves were as well? Oh that's right they trashed him at the drop of a hat because he defeated their lackey who would do whatever they asked of him. Much like they told Democrats to vote for their man Thad Cochran over the Republican candidate that was challenging him & was projected to beat him in the primaries.
I could go on with more examples of why many here have turned against the GOPe, and see them as more Democrats than Republican & refuse to support them anymore. Your pleas are falling on deaf ears. It is not that we want to put the Republican Party out of power, we just want to replace those who have been in power for way too long. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. We are tired of their corruption.
If you want Trump’s judicial picks confirmed, then the Republicans must be in the majority.
If you don’t care, or just want to see the “GOPe” gone, regardless of the consequences, then his picks will not be confirmed, as they will never get out of committee.
It is a simple as that. Personally, I want his picks confirmed. If my pleas fall on deaf ears, so be it.
