Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro caught speeding at 119 mph

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro was pulled over for speeding in upstate New York after she was clocked going 119 mph in a 65 mph zone.

The New York Daily News reported Pirro was stopped by a state trooper in Tioga County around 1:15 p.m. Sunday.

Pirro, the host of "Justice With Judge Jeanine," said she was on her way to visit her ailing mother but vowed to "pay the consequences."

“I had been driving for hours to visit my ailing 89-year-old mom and didn’t realize how fast I was driving. I believe in the rule of law and I will pay the consequences,” Pirro said in a Fox News Channel statement.

New York's Department of Motor Vehicles says a conviction for going more than 40 mph over the speed limit could put 11 points on a driver's license. Eleven points will lead to a license suspension.

I spend a lot of time at FOX with my job. She’s easily one of the most arrogant of any of the hosts, most of whom are very welcoming.

I can see that. She has too much of an edge for my taste, regardless of her looks. Meagain was the same way.

I lived in Michigan where you could draw a line from Muskegon to Saginaw and civilization pretty much ended north of that. Everybody leadfooted it through the boonies. My in-laws hail from a town on the U.P. that’s a 14 hour drive from Detroit.

Only ticket for speeding was driving back from Redding on Hwy 299 and started having fun on the turns, got carried away and hit 85 in a 55 in a straightaway not even thinking about how fast I was going.

The officer was kind, dropped my ticket to 75 and had to take a drivers training course and pay my fine and kept the check mark off my record. I was wrong on so many levels. That road and me driving that day were hazardous.

The funny part of this was the class had two other people ticketed in the same straightaway outside Willow Creek and each had a similar story. My car is a rice burner but it hauls when needed not like your Mustang though. You need to run it high just to burn the carbons out like you said.

It’s easy to be going much faster than you think.

I have driven over 110 mph on interstates, in my foolish youth. I am just grateful I lived to tell about it. Things happen very fast at that speed; it's just ridiculous to plead that she didn't know how fast she was driving -- an admission that by the way should increase, not mitigate, her guilt.
