Most Christians recall the story of David. David was a sinner and murderer and adulterer, and maybe a homosexual. Yet God chose David to be Jesus's great, great, great, great, … great human grandfather.

God can use flawed people when it suits His divine purpose.

To be honest with you...unless that yearbook message was something along the lines of, “Sorry about that unfortunate incident behind the restaurant—better put some ice on it,” I don’t see how it is incriminating in the least.

How many famous people sign autographs and remember the person who asked them? Are we to infer that every autograph is possible proof of sexual assault?

” . . . and maybe a homosexual”?

Scripture citations, please.

"We all agree that if the charges against Moore are true then what he did is terribly ugly and evil, especially since he did so as a professing Christian and as someone in power.

Not sure I understand what charges he is referring to, exactly. That he mistreated someone in a restaurant parking lot, that apparently doesn't exist, and the little matter of the possible forging of his signature.

Sure seems like the left/Dems/MSM/ and establishment GOP are trying to conflate a lot of murky accusations.

"What in the article do you think is stupid?"

The words.   (The spaces between the words aren't so bad.)

and IF he did any of those things 40 years ago, he has certainly redeemed himself in the years since, living an honorable life of public service.

So If he did, he has made amends and served the people and God well and should be approved.

And, IF he didn’t and is completely innocent, he deserves the office with accolades.

Personally, I feel this parade of victims is orchestrated. By whom, I don’t know other than they vehemently fear the turning of the great ship USA from the shoals on the left where Obama had us going, toward the deep water sailing on the right. They are scared to death of the Trump program.

I agree. It would prove that she knew him. Even that is now in doubt, given that the yearbook looks so contrived.

While true, if he’s lying to the voters this month, even about those things, then we might question whether he will live up to his promises in office.

But against Jones, who will certainly vote against my wishes 100% of the time, it seems like a no-brainer to vote for Moore.

If Moore is lying, I would lose a lot of respect for him, because I have a lot more respect for him than I do for other politicians. It would bring my level of respect for him down to my level of respect for other politicians. And that would be a sad shame.

I say MOORE above JONES any way you look at it....
Then let the process work itself out.
The other way around is accusing Moore before the fact!!!

further to your good analysis: high school yearbooks are not distributed until Springtime, before graduation - not December.

This reminds me of Herman Cain and a number of other conservative politicians. Guy’s running for office, quick, manufactured sex scandal because that hurts them with conservatives. After he withdraws from the race or loses, accusers typically disappear. And if they’re proven false, no one even talks about it in the news, let’s talk about celebrity gossip instead.

“Yep, this is why the culture war has been lost. Play to win, not “muh principles””

Can you pass an agenda when you lose?

No?

Well ok then.

And people complain that the GOPe are just happy to lose?

Politics is war by another name. If you aren’t there to win, or feel good when you lose, then go find another hobby.

The last PERFECT MAN (candidate) died on a cross over 2000 years ago to absolve me of all the horrible things I have done over the last 67 years.
I just HOPE I get the chance to shake his hand someday.

The first part that could be seen as less than smart is where Brown equates Trump’s treatment of women with Bill Clinton’s.

Another is this phrase:

“since the mounting evidence against him seems overwhelming.”

Finally, I hold Brown accountable for ignoring the vast and multi-faceted credibility gap on the part of the accusers and their accusations.

And it just goes to show that even if we had the perfect candidate, he'd still not be exempt from false accusations and character assassination.

And look what they did to Him.
