On Monday Beverly Young Nelson, 56, held a press conference in New York City with embattled attorney Gloria Allred alleging Judge Roy Moore sexually harassed her when she was 16 years old.
According to Beverly Young Nelson’s account reported by the Washington Examiner, “Moore offered to drive her home from work one night but instead parked in a “dark, deserted” part of a parking lot behind the restaurant where she worked. Nelson said Moore groped her and “began squeezing my neck attempting to force my head onto his crotch.”
In response to these malicious accusations Nelson’s stepson Darrel Nelson published a video.
Darrel said the allegations against Judge Moore were all lies.
Later this week The Gateway Pundit contacted Darrel Nelson. He was cautious but friendly in our conversation. Darrel told TGP he would release an exclusive statement to us.

Exactly- I listened to his video and it was really uncompelling- basically his defense of moore is “He’s a really good guy and i believe him’ and his accusations against his step mom is “She lied’ without giving us any proof she did so- We know she is very likely lying- but when someone comes out and simply states he doesn’t believe her, without giving a strong reason why, it doesn’t amount to much
I believe he has reason to believe she is lying- but he did not articulate the reason why he believes it at all- It woudl have beech more compelling had he given reasons or proof that she is untrustworthy (ie: This woman has a history of making false accusations, and has lost several court cases where she claimed something happened yet provided no compelling proof that it did happen- or “She was caught time and time again in lies- here are just a few examples”) or something to that effect
His video just did not come across too strongly- He kept repeating over and over again “Moore is a good guy, I believe him and back him all the way”- That basically was his defense of Moore- no real proof-
It would be considered legal testimony to her character in court, while you point out the obvious, of course he wasn’t there, anything beyond that would be considered hearsay.
The age of consent in 34 states more or less is 16 year old and Alabama is one of them. So nothing illegal or untowardly about a 32 year old man hitting on 16 year olds.
Go find out about how young the Amish or Mormon women get married at still to this day with men older than 32.
This just helps to bolster the obvious that Moore did nothing wrong and that the whole thing was a BS smear campaign orchestrated by Bitch McConnell. There is nothing FAKE about that.

Well, if he lived with her for any length of time, and Moore was in the public eye the whole time, and she never ventured anything the whole time, she probably is lying. She lied about the year book and she lied about not ever having any subsequent contact with Moore. So she is capable of lying.
