Birmingham, ALABAMA An attorney for senatorial candidate Roy Moore has given lawyer and activist Gloria Allred forty-eight hours to release to the custody of an independent examiner the original copy of a yearbook that contains the only piece of physical evidence to be presented in the cases of numerous women who have gone public with stories alleging inappropriate conduct between Moore and teenage girls.
The letter to Allred was dated yesterday and obtained by Breitbart News. Attorney Trenton R. Garmon, who represents Moore and his wife, Kayla, further requested that Allred take steps to ensure the immediate and professional preservation of the yearbook.
The letter demanded that Allred and her client, accuser Beverly Young Nelson, issue a full and fair public retraction of all false statements concerning Moore.
The letter stated:

Would be interesting to see someone elses COPY of that YEARBOOK.
Roy Moore’s wife was in the same class.
Wonder if she still has her copy.
Maybe even with a message signed by a guy name Ray
I know many fear his loss, but my greatest fear has always been him caving. Doesn’t look like that will happen.
1. it oversampled Democrats by a huge margin when R's outweigh Dems in Alabama by almost 15-20%
2. It was less than 1000 people and not LV
3. It was commissioned by the Senate Leadership group run by Mitch McConnell
Meanwhile actual polls within the STATE OF ALABAMA show Moore with leads varying from 6-12 points, including one of 3000 LV that has been extremely accurate in the past.
I have seen the pulse of people here in this great State and I will say unequivocally that I think when it is all said and done Moore will win in the 15-20% range.
Hannity has been a disgrace over this issue. Telling us that we have to wait for the truth while he has his guests attacking Moore, thus they do his dirty work for him, and ten he can claim he was neutral.
AND the typewritten names below each picture. Too bad we can’t see all of the left hand page to see if they even used the same font.
