A German court has ruled that Kuwaits national airline didnt have to transport an Israeli citizen because the carrier would face legal repercussions at home if it did.
The Frankfurt state court noted in its verdict Thursday that Kuwait Airways is not allowed to close contracts with Israelis under Kuwaiti law because of the Middle Eastern countrys boycott of Israel. [ ]
An Israeli citizen sued the airline after he booked a flight from Frankfurt to Bangkok with a stop-over in Kuwait City.

And that would have done what? He was no friendlier to Israel than Kuwait’s current regime.
Well you had a country invading another country and then going into the Saudi Arabia oil fields. A coalition of nations including the US put a stop to it. Definitely a just war and kudos to Bush I and his cohorts for how they managed it.
Tangent point but, if a fashion designer can refuse to design a dress for Mrs. Trump, why can’t a baker refuse to bake a cake for a homosexual?
"A German court has ruled that Abdul was allowed to perform a forced cliteroectomy on one of his underaged wives because he would otherwise have faced legal repercussions at home if he hadn't."
Same logic.
Regards,
They won’t let them ride, even if the Israelis wear a yellow star, and pay a dhimmi tax?
Really a sad state of affairs since Jewish Americans soldiers fought to liberate Kuwait from Iraq.
Anti-Semitism dies hard amongst the stupid.
Germany being against Jews. I’ve seen something about this on The History Channel.
Close it down:

What an interesting thought. That would probably change some minds in Germany and probably more productive than mounting the judges' heads on pikes to make them fear infidels more than Muslims.
Does Kuwait Airways fly to the US?
Yes, several US cities.
Many mid-east countries bar entry if your passport has an Israeli stamp. It is also a matter of safety while in-country.
That’s why most western countries will issue you another separate passport.

I have a very good friend who is now a lawyer but flew in the first gulf war for the USA. He is Jewish.
Shortly after arriving in Saudi Arabia, a full general found him, a young ifficer, and called him into a private meeting. He (my friend) was panicking trying to figure out what he did wrong.
Well, the general presented him with new dog tags that said “Protestant B” in them and confiscated his dog tags that said “Jewish.” Apparently the Kuwaitis didn’t want any dirty Jews fighting for them.
I’ve seen the dog tags with my own eyes. It’s why he quit the military after his time.
