...I think the ink color change is an artifact that is not actually present when you see the page for real....
try viewing it under different light like ultraviolet or infrared or different filter..different inks show up differently could be the camera had a filter on it that brought out the differences...google questioned documents/forensics..
Neither did that worm, Hannity, last night.
Most high schools are telling their students to have their class photos handed in by sometime in December so the yearbook staff can review them and get them set up. I know because I was on my yearbook staff for two years.
It is for an attorney.

I was the Layout Editor of my Yearbook and ours, in 1975, came out about 1 week before Graduation.
But we got a multi-page insert for friends and teachers to sign until we actually did get the annuals later that summer.
At the time it seem to be a "big deal" but in hindsight, I'd forgotten all about it until I saw your comment. Even went to my 50th high school reunion last year and there was no reference to the "oops" in getting our annuals on time that summer so long ago.
A long forgotten fact of my youth.
There are two different handwritings. From the beginning to Ray is one person and from Moore to the end is another. The o’s are all closed in the first an open one in the second. The r’s of the first are single and sharp compared with the formed of the second. the 77’s are written by two different people. and there is a sharp downstroke on the final part of the M in more as and the other writer’s letters are rounded. The a’s match in the text with the a in Ray.

As an artist who works with color every day I can assure you there are two different colors there.
The majority of the message is written in a blue black ink, while the man’s last name and the dates were written in a more green blue ink that is one shade lighter than the ink used in the body of the message. By shade I mean the depth of the color on a gray scale, and not the actual color.
Color has temperature; everybody knows, for instance, that blue is a ‘cool’ color. But within color families, some blues are warmer, or cooler than others. The body of the message is written in a warmer “blue” than the forged last name and dates.
You don’t even have to blow it up to see there is something wrong with the writing, they DON’T MATCH and the Color change is Obvious to the Naked Eye,
