Karl Deninger has proof of forgery in yearbook. ... Jesus, it's that obvious and CNN ran this crap?
People need to go to ****ing prison for this. NOW.
Yes, including Gloria Allred. The yearbook is an obvious forgery and she peddled it on national television; that needs to be good for disbarment and prosecution.
The original tweet from CNN can still be looked at. We'll see how long it is before they try to take it down.
I took the image on the right side of their tweet, brought it into Photoshop and increased the size.
I will swear under oath that I did nothing to tamper with the color or tone and in fact did nothing other than increasing its zoom level to 400% because it would be impossible to tamper with the image at said greatly enhanced zoom level without causing visible artifacts in the background and periphery of the letters. There is also a gradient in the paper caused by a B&W photo being in part of the area where the signature is, which again will cause visible artifacts if I were to try to tamper with it. In other words I did this to add irrefutable proof that I did not in any way tamper with the image itself. I also saved the extract from the tweet as a "PNG" which is lossless from my desktop to yours; no compression so there are no artifacts added in my process either; whatever CNN put forward, that's what I (and you) have.

the handwriting is different too- not just the ink- and it didn’t look like the pen the fella, whoever it was, used was running out of ink- you’d see it skip or fade- it doesn’t-
>Not to be a total wet blanket on this... but if the pen was running out of ink (I know it doesnt look like that) then that would be a plausible reason for the different colors. Happens to me all the time.
There’s no signs on that page that the pen was running out of ink. Typically when a pen runs out you get gaps and the alike. There’s nothing like it there.
I only had classmates and teachers sign my yearbook. I never thought of asking the local DA...
Who signs yearbooks at Christmas time?
Sure looks like Ray to me.
It is not illegal to lie to the public.
Counter sue and put them under oath. If they lie then, perjury charges should follow.
there’s quite a bit that is different- slant, numbers, letters- all cursive EXCEPT the bottom line-
one possible explanation could be that she wrote ‘moore DA after he left- to remember who it was- but she didn’t indicate that she had done that- but definitely the two sections are different handwriting
could be a filter on the lens of the camera showed the difference ininks...ultraviolet and other lights are used in detecting altered documents..see question document examiner or examination...
yes these days they can easily tell if an ink has been used years ago or recently even what type of ink..just with a pinpoint taken from the document. Good machines can tell just by using different lights. FBI has something like 10,000 inks cataloged...
could have been hers from a year earlier- she could have asked whoever roy was (might be a different roy altogether) to sign it next time she brought it in- since this roy fella seemed to have been a regular-
Gloria doesn’t get out of bed for less than six figures. Maybe seven. Wonder who pays her?
Mine in 1962 came at the beginning of June we got them the day or two before graduation.
Thanks ImaGraftedBranch.
Allred has a duty to investigate her clients claims..even Dan Rather had the killian documents looked at..even thought they were not authenticated...
this crap has to stop now...either we have a rule of law or we don’t. test it and let the results be published someone needs to challenge allred or file a complaint...
Also look at the "a"s and "o"s in the preceding note, compare them to the name and tell me that the name is Roy or Ray.
Sure looks like Ray to me.
No one.
A pen that is running out of ink will get lighter, but it will not go from black to blue.
This is a forgery.
His lawyer has already sent papers indicating intention to sue. Gloria will get paid regardless
Ray? Ray?

allred said RAY 24:07 freudian slip? does she know?
I think it’s possible Roy Moore signed that yearbook as “Roy” and the girl added the rest. I’ve done things like that myself to document something more accurately for posterity. If so, that does not necessarily make the part Roy signed a forgery.
If the additions were done 40 years ago no big deal. If the additions were made over the last few months then that raises flags about the whole thing. The key thing is to understand WHEN the additions were made.
I just don’t understand why someone would have a yearbook out for signing at a restaurant in December. Did they give out the yearbooks a year in advance or something?
I was going to go all Little Green Footballs and point out that the "Olde Hickory House" was printed, while the rest of the note was in cursive, but you beat me to it.
Also, why would Roy Moore sign "Olde Hickory House" at all? Is it customary when signing a yearbook for someone that you include the location that you were in when you signed it?
Yep. Just who is this mysterious Ray?
