Darrel Nelson, the stepson of Judge Roy Moore accuser Beverly Young Nelson says the allegations are all lies. Nelson says he is baffled by the timing of the sexual advancement claims and voices his staunch support for the Alabama GOP Senate candidate. Nelson, 56, held a press conference in New York with embattled attorney Gloria Allred on Monday, alleging Judge Roy Moore sexually harassed her when she was 16 years old.
According to Beverly Young Nelsons account reported by the Washington Examiner, Moore offered to drive her home from work one night but instead parked in a dark, deserted part of a parking lot behind the restaurant where she worked. Nelson said Moore groped her and began squeezing my neck attempting to force my head onto his crotch.

Not what Judge Nap said...
Why was a yearbook signed at Christmas indeed!
the slant on moore and the rest is different than the first slant
Lotta smoke blowing around right now
Another one of Allred’s nags bites the dust. The GOP good old boys need to grow a spine. Cowards.
Well, this definitely doesn’t help the credibility of the accuser but her whole story has been unraveling before this.
CGato
Everyone knows that Weinstein, Spacey, Sheen and such are dirty disgusting Hollywood scum, they will enter rehab and all will be forgiven however the baseless charges against good men will stand and nothing will exonerate them for being men.
Summary of what he said: He knows Judge Moore. He knows his stepmom. He is mortified that she has come up with this lie. He offers to testify, witness, or do whatever Judge Moore deems best so that we can move past the trash and get the Judge elected.
I shared his video. He said her manipulating ways must end. He obviously knows she is a manipulator.
Relative to the possibility of information being added after the first name, there is both a ‘Ray’ (Brooks) and a ‘Kay’ (Heald) in the Southland High School Class of 1979. See linked list:

Enquiring minds want to know whether Ray or Kay signed the lying mother’s yearbook in December 1977.
sorry — mother = step mom
You sure won’t see him on Fox Snooze. It goes against their agenda.
Were I an AL voter, I’d vote for Moore just to spite that despicable McConnell. He is hell on wheels when a conservative is merely accused by paid complainants, but sat mute when Hillary Clinton was selling uranium to the Russians out in the open.
So they would have to seat him, but then could expel him?
How the Fred we navigated this male female thing is beyond me.
Now we have 31 flavors
How we navigate law is beyond me.
Are we collectively this Stupid?
Accusations are crap and it works both ways
‘Constitution says Senate makes its own rules. Separation of powers.”
Constitution states age and residency requirements to be elected and seated as a senator.
Nobody has EVER been expelled for behavior that occurred outside of their time in the senate.
But I suppose McConnell could play games, and Alabama could send someone more conservative than Moore if they wanted to.....
Amen
Rules of its proceedings has nothing to do with rules about seating a person who wins an election. They can set the rules for debates and things like that. Other parts of the Constitution describe elections and who wins them. Congress can expel a member, though, so it is a matter of semantics. They have to seat him first.
I say we take the exact approach Hillary did dealing with women with real claims of Bills sexual harassment.
The conservative states would be better off figuring out how to withdraw from the union. Alabama could claim taxation without representation.
I thought about that, but we tried it once before and it didnt work out very good. Seriously, though, if they refused to seat him I think a lawsuit will be the least of their problems.
