Darrel Nelson, the stepson of Judge Roy Moore accuser Beverly Young Nelson says the allegations are all lies. Nelson says he is baffled by the timing of the sexual advancement claims and voices his staunch support for the Alabama GOP Senate candidate. Nelson, 56, held a press conference in New York with embattled attorney Gloria Allred on Monday, alleging Judge Roy Moore sexually harassed her when she was 16 years old.
According to Beverly Young Nelsons account reported by the Washington Examiner, Moore offered to drive her home from work one night but instead parked in a dark, deserted part of a parking lot behind the restaurant where she worked. Nelson said Moore groped her and began squeezing my neck attempting to force my head onto his crotch.

The judicial branch has review power over executive and legislative branch laws, regulations, etc since Marbury v Madison in the early 1800s. Look it up before you shoot your mouth off again fool. Don’t post on things you know nothing about.
No, you are wrong, read the constitution fool.
Seating is not the same as expelling. You lost the point. Admit it.
I ignored your first response, so you had to post a second time? You were clearly wrong, but for some reason are butt hurt about it. The thread shows you were talking about “seating”, and everyone could see that. Sometimes it’s best to let people be wrong and not call them on it, especially where everyone else can clearly see that. But you insist I answer you, because you claim you weren’t speaking about seating, and therefore, I “lost the point”. What are you, 12?
Post number 4 said this:
“No! If the people of Alabama elect him and the senate refuses to seat him Alabama needs to sue the senate and Mcconnell in particular”
In Post No. 5, you said this: “Constitution says Senate makes its own rules. Separation of powers. The judicial branch has no authority to say otherwise.”
So, in response to a post saying Moore should sue if he’s not seated, you said that the Constitution allows the Senate to make its own rules, and the judiciary could not intervene. The discussion at that point is clearly about seating. I responded by saying that your claim confuses “seating”, which the Senate cannot prevent, with “expulsion”, which is allowed under the Constitution. You apparently have issues with being corrected. I bet it happens to you a lot.
You’re a liar. I said nothing about “seating”.
No, you are absolutely wrong, and no amount of name calling on your part can change that, nor even conceal it.
The Senate does not amend the Constitution by violating it. That was a ridiculous claim on your part. No matter how many times you insist on it, you cant make it true, and you cant make any intelligent people believe you.
Instead of calling everyone names, why dont you do a little research on the subject, and find out why everyone but you thinks the Senate must abide by the Constitution, instead of the other way around?
You are off the rails. Defiant did not lie. I dont know if the posts are still there, but I do remember seeing them. You said exactly what Defiant claimed you said. If youre going to lie about it, I suggest you find a way to get your posts deleted. At least that way, you might deceive someone who arrived late. Those of us who saw your posts know better.
Thanks, BykrBayb. The record is clear in the thread, starting with Post 4 and 5 and the replies to those. It’s so obvious, I was just ignoring the first attack. Then he kept at it. I don’t understand why some people get so worked up when they make a mistake. I think it’s a sign of having issues if they just can’t say “my bad”. Maybe the desert heat has gotten to his head. :)
Glad you noticed.
My husband had a stroke about 9 years ago. Its taught me some patience when dealing with people whose brains dont function very well. Sometimes I still lose patience, but Im getting better at dealing with people who are incapable of facing reality, or accepting consequences.
Its frustrating to deal with a brain injury in someone you love. Its a lot easier when its some nobody who has no affect on anything that matters. You can simply correct his errors, state the facts, and observe the reaction from afar. It matters not if the person learns anything, corrects his ways, or spirals into self destruction.
It doesnt upset me that some strangers brain doesnt function properly. Theres no reason it has to. It can rot, and it wont change the world one iota, because its part of an inconsequential person. A person of less consequence than the average dog. Not worth getting flustered over.
When a persons brain is damaged, it affects them in ways they cant control. They cant help it.
That knowledge keeps people like that from getting under my skin.
punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member....What disorderly behavior has Moore engaged in since he is not a member of ANY house that he could be expelled for?
Sorry to hear about your husband. My wife’s dad went through issues recently, but it mostly involved memory loss. Sometimes there was frustration on his part as a result. I am definitely more patient these days, and more likely to let a little slight or mistake go by than I used to be.
The Constitution itself, right now, says you are wrong. The Senate may, by a two thirds vote, expel any member. Plain as the nose on your face.
BTW I call ‘em like I see ‘em. If you don’t like it take hike.
You are lying. I never said anything about the Senate having the power to not seat someone. I said the opposite. The Constitution itself, right now, says you are wrong. The Senate may, by a two thirds vote, expel any member. Plain as the nose on your face.
BTW I call ‘em like I see ‘em. If you don’t like it take hike.
Constitution doesn’t say he has to a member of any House when the behavior occurred to be expelled you dummy.
Constitution doesnt say he has to a member of any House when the behavior occurred to be expelled.....Gee, ‘He didn’t eat his peas and carrots in the third grade, so we expelled him”.
Be as stupid as you want to be. Yu lost the argument, big time, I easily defeated you.
