Alabama Secretary of State: If State GOP Pulls Support for Moore and He Gets the Most Votes, Election Would Be ‘Null and Void’

On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox News @ Night,” Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill (R) said that the Alabama Republican Party can formally pull its support for its Senate nominee Judge Roy Moore, and if this happens and Moore still gets the most votes, the election would be null and void.

Merrill said Moore could withdraw from the race, or the state Republican Party could formally pull its support. He further stated that if that happens and Moore receives the most votes, “our election would be declared null and void, and Governor Ivey would have to call another special election, and we’d start the process all over again.”

Voters at #2? Voters aren’t even in the top 10.

The Republicans who despise President Trump see this as an opportunity to getting closer to that impeachment. Get Democrats to retake the Senate and they inch one step closer to taking Trump out that is the plan

If that happens, we should all head down to Alabama and see that things are set right again. The People vote. Not the GOP-E.

Does that mean the ‘will of the people’ will be null and void, as well?

“Trump needs to send in the Marines”

We’re headed in that direction. The corruption is staggering.

In that case, I hope Moore runs again as an independent and crashes the party for whatever RINO the committee replaces him with.

If I were a billionaire and ornery I would set up a billion dollar line of credit for Moore to use as he sees fit to win this Senate seat. And, I wouldn't require repayment in any case.

I would do this because what is happening to him is not fair play or the Attorney General of Alabama trying to nullify his candidacy against the will of the people of Alabama if they vote him in.

Next step? The uniparty has been manipulating elections since the 19th century.

Politics is a scam and we’re suckers for playing.

It’s scary. They’re literally threatening to overturn the election on unproven charges.

But I doubt anyone on the right would do a damn thing about it, certainly not to that extreme.

Why would we? Despite all the "Patriot" & "Freedom" talk, the truth is, "Conservative" Americans prefer peaceful slavery over dangerous freedom. Anyone that says differently is lying to you.

We have jobs to go to, mortgages to pay, vehicles to pay for and maintain, health, home and car insurance to pay for, kids to clothe and feed, tons of medical and credit card bills to make payments on and booze to drink while watching the "Big Game" on our new curved screen TV's. The moment anyone does anything, ALL OF THAT disappears.

May our chains rest lightly. I hope I croak before they start loading the box cars.

This is nothing new. Ever wonder why third parties never get any traction? In most cases they can’t even get on the ballot.

Politics is a scam and we’re suckers for playing.

Parties have no Constitutional standing. Only candidates do. Where does a Party get off nullifying the citizens' choice in an election?

I expect the next step will have Republicans and Democrats work together to defraud all elections nationwide.

They're already doing that. Other than Trump, who have we been able to elect who's non-establishment?

Here's the people of Catalonia trying to free their leaders from prison but too late:
