I'm not assuming anything.
I'm simply pointing out that certain "flaws" supposedly uncovered are not flaws, based on the photographic evidence so far presented. E.g., the inconsistent sevens don't mean diddly.
Physical evidence could turn up a forgery. But I haven't seen it.
But the real point is, the fact that he probably did sign a yearbook in 1977 doesn't mean anything. The fact that a bunch of accusers are suddenly coming out of the woodwork after 36 years, with the full force of the media, the Democrat Party, and the GOP establishment is all but absolute proof that they are all liars.
I am not certain whether Moore signed that book or not, but it’s obvious that the full date and “Olde Hickory House” was written by someone else.
We are expected to believe that other person was the accuser herself, and we are expected to believe that was added immediately after Moore finished signing.
You would think that someone who worked in a restaurant, and got paychecks every week that had the name of the restaurant printed on them, would know how the name was spelled. She would have known that it was “Old”, and not “Olde”.
But if that part was added later, maybe decades later, she might not remember that important detail.
A forensic analysis would be able to tell whether that was written 40 years ago, or last week, but All-Red will never allow that to happen.
The other important bit of information I would like to see would be the yearbook itself, specifically the year of its publication. Yearbooks are always dated by the graduation year of each class, and that will be shown clearly on the front cover.
If that yearbook is for the class of 1978, then it is impossible that she could have had it in December, 1977. For her claim to have any credibility, that yearbook would have to be for the class of 1977 or 1976.
Will we get to see the front cover of that yearbook? Somehow, I doubt it.
Again, if Moore really signed that book, are we to believe that she just happened to have her yearbook with her at work? No, it is because she deliberately brought it for that specific purpose. Why did she do that? I believe she had a teen-girl crush on Moore.
Did her feelings for Moore contribute to this alleged incident? Did her words and body language encourage him to go further that he would have with some other person?
There may be some basis of truth in her accusation, but I believe it’s been embellished to the point where her story is no longer anything close to an accurate description of the event.
She is clearly lying about being trapped in the car. That’s not the way car doors worked at the time. Car makers wouldn’t design a door that way if for no other reason than to avoid wrongful death lawsuits.
How many of her words are her own, and how many are Gloria All-Red’s, and why did she have to read from a script?
The handwriting below, meaning the full date and the misspelled restaurant name, is inconsistent with all the rest shown. It appears to have been added by a different person at a later date. The signature is close enough in my opinion to actually be that of Roy Moore. The “D. A.” thing is odd, not his actual title and it’s possible that this was added later as well. Could even be two different individuals adding information, because the restaurant name is written in very distinctive block script, particularly the lowercase “e.” That person was trained to write in block script and has added flourishes. This is someone whose block script is seen on documents, artwork, presentations or the like. The other apparently added writing is unremarkable and not at all stylized.
That's just what you want, isn't it?
But there is no way to know that for sure, short of physically examining the yearbook (ink composition, etc.). E.g., until proven otherwise, it could have been added by a 2017 Democrat operative, or even the yearbook owner, but in 2017, forty years after the fact.

His actual title was Deputy DA, having been sworn in the previous 1 October.
Maybe his title inflation is significant, maybe not.
My signature changed significantly in the past 34 years, but the first initials of each name are pretty much the same in terms of the technique. I’ve never heard of a uearbook being released prior to Christmas. The whole purpose is to record events from the school year. They would have had to go to print in November, only 3 months into the school year.
That’s the way ours worked too. It was a big deal when they came out, usually about a month before the end of spring semester. Makes no sense that she woukd be carryng it around in December. Gloria Alred, you messed up this part of your phony baloney scheme.

The only interpretation that makes sense is, it was the 1977 yearbook, which would have come out shortly before the graduation of the Class of 1977 in June, 1977.
For some reason, this girl was still getting her yearbook signed by newly minted Deputy DA's in December of 1977.
Normal behavior is, the yearbook comes out, you get your friends and favorite teachers to sign it, and then you forget about it and scatter to the four winds. You are not carrying it to restaurants in December to get it signed by 30+-year-old DA boyfriends!
