That’s a big lie and odd he’d do that.
If he were sworn in after finishing law school, he’d most likely be admitted to the bar in December of 1977 and just opening his law practice. It says “later” he worked for the DA’s office.
Not buying he worked in the same year and his old U.S. tax returns would show that. He could verify a forgery by showing his 1977 tax return.
