If the signature is verified and the contemporaneous “witnesses” can be verified to have been told immediately, Judge Moore is in serious trouble here.
Not legal trouble, but electoral trouble. Even if elected the Senate might be able to muster that 2/3 vote.
But it’s still a big IF.
I have not see the year book entry yet. It is alleged that Moore wrote something dirty or that he confessed to inappropriate behavior?

Because he signed a yearbook? When I was in grade school, all the way through high school, you tried to get as many signatures in your yearbook as possible. It was kind of a big deal back then. Girls tried to get as many guys to sign, & guys tried to get as many girls to sign as they could.
So I can simply accuse any guy who signed my yearbook if I can get my like minded best friend to verify some bull crap I come up with decades later? And so long as I do it right before an election no one will demand I take a polygraph or provide any kind of evidence?
She says she told her sister at least 2 years later, and her mom 36 years later (4 years ago).
