This naming of a special prosecutor came amazingly fast. I certainly have my doubts about the honesty of Mueller but I can always hope.
Trump has always been several steps ahead of his foes. I believe him to be an honest business man who detests the criminal players.

Mueller could be doing that, he has personal reasons to do it, and there would be nothing wrong with it. It's a way to crack very high level corruption. There was nothing about the Saudis running an anti corruption investigation, then boom, arrests. Law enforcement uses that technique all the time.

That Mueller would actually help Trump is a stretch why would Mueller help when his own DOJ won't do anything. For the record Sessions sucks.
From my point of view its pretty obvious what is going down - the uniparty controlled Congress is playing prevent defense to crash the economy there will be no tax cuts and no ACA repeal. Democrats retake the House and can vote to impeach the president.
Compliant republicans who go along and are defeated will receive nice patronage jobs at lobbying firms or get hefty advances on book deals that are ghost written and never read.
Democrat turn out in 2018 is most likely going to be large. Two years of republicans blocking MAGA is depressing and will probably depress the Trump side of vote.

I wonder if that’s the reason behind or is the cause of Pelosi’s many public brain lock episodes lately.
She might be clueless about the real world, but when it comes to the DNC’s and the Clinton Crime Family’s risky business, Pelosi isn’t exactly innocent of all knowledge.
And with the current investigations and their sealed indictments in waiting, she probably has to be much more careful about what she says now, while also trying to be mindful about all that she has said in the past.
I don’t care who you are, that’s some impressive mental juggling! It’s no surprise that her brain locks up in the moment while trying to multitask through so much data, you know, just like any other old, bloatware and malware filled computer would do.
The Clinton malware, for example, is notorious for that sort of thing and can often lead to a Blue Screen of Death event with a total loss of all data.
If this were true, then why did Mueller indict Manifort, and the other guy and soon to indict other Trump people?

It appears Ruddy got the story from NPR.
Newsmax cited NPR on June 9th. Newsmax claimed NPR had two unnamed sources.
NPR reports that Mueller had met with officials from the DOJ and the White House about the FBI director opening. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein later asked him to work the Russia case instead.
