In 2005 to 2009, I used to be FB friends with this idiot, until he blocked me for calling him (and his lemming sycophants) out for his liberal stupidity. He truly is a thoughtless little punk.

His mom, the hot Dr. Crusher
Met her in a coffee shop years ago. At the time she was teaching drama at the University of Pittsburgh. This was six or seven years before TNG hit the airwaves. Really SMOKIN' hot at that time! ;)

This moron probably has no problems with candlelight vigils and hashtags against terrorism, though.

'If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive' So according to this moron's hypothesis, God is obliged to grant our prayers, no matter what. Therefore, if I want to never die, I should just pray to God, ordering Him to make it so. And if I do die, it must mean that God doesn't exist.
Sheesh.

So many think prayer is like ordering from Amazon. Prayer is spirit to Spirit communion not a request form.
To: ZagFan
Even Jesus prayed “let this cup pass from me” ... and ... “thy will be done”
God is in control and his sovereign will prevails. The prayers of the saints (Christians) are a fragrant offering to God and a sign of our faith. They are effective within the parameters of his will.
God’s eternal wisdom is our comfort in this fallen world.

All prayers are answered. Sometimes the answer is No, and while the reasons are not immediately apparent to the petitioner, over time, the wisdom of the Deity shall prevail in the end. Therein lies the lies the problem with people like Wheaton. They are so self-centered and narcissistic they actually think that everything they want and ask for should be theirs to have. Like a small child, when they encounter "No" they get petulant as they believe they are the center of the universe and should be granted everything they desire.

#43 Wheaton lives with generalized anxiety disorder and chronic depression.
Because he knows he is Will Wheaton : )

I love how atheists always mock Christians when bad things happen - blaming God for doing the bad thing to us.Notice too that even though that sort of thought could "logically" be aimed at any group that prays, leftists would never tolerate its use against Unacceptable Targets. If some self-proclaimed conservative wrote something similar after the latest bloody attack against Shiites, the fundamentalist atheists would condemn it.
