A former child star found himself under attack on Sunday after he managed to impugn the religious beliefs held by millions of Americans in a tweet slamming Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.

Will Wheaton responded to the deadly shooting at First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs on Sunday by tweeting: 'The murdered victims were in a church. If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive, you worthless sack of s***.'

He fired off that tweet in response to Speaker Ryan's boilerplate response to the attack which left 26 dead, in which he stated: 'Reports out of Texas are devastating. The people of Sutherland Springs need our prayers right now.'

“Who is Bill Wheaton?”

The “Cousin Oliver” or “Deputy Warren Ferguson” of the Star Trek franchise.

Modern hollywood/media/academia, the spawning ground of evil thoughts that foster evil deeds.

Look in the mirror a'hole.

This is a valid complaint.

For humans who have only a passing understanding of the reality of God, this horrible incident would be very confusing.

Only God can see the Big Picture but He gives devout believers some insight into what is going on.

There is truly a war on this planet between Good and evil...and we see it manifested more every day.

This man needs to understand that there is more to REALITY than just being alive.

This experience is surely devastating to all of the innocents involved but their faith will help them to endure the pain and eventually take them past it.

And the dead are in the arms of God.

he’s entitled to his opinion, but it’s not right to call the speaker a name like that, and insult the faith of millions of Americans.

Good luck with your career, Will, you worthless ....

increasingly, it seems, Hollywood is at war with the people who make their comfy lifestyles possible.

I guess the boy has lost faith in the government making his life “safe and comfortable” so now he’s mad because God won’t do it. It’s called LIFE moron. It’s not supposed to be “comfortable”.

In other words he’s a legal drug addict. Being on psych drugs he’s more likely to be the next mass murderer.

I do not know why these morons keep thinking that the Almighty Father sits and watches all the happenings on Earth as if we are nothing but a bunch of chess pieces that He moves around for various reasons on a daily basis.

We are free to act as we see fit. It is us who must heed His word and come to Him by our own free will. Simple as that

'If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive'

And say nobody got killed, Will would just blow that off "being lucky" and not give the Lord credit for saving them. Will is a typical Hollyweird leftist who knows nothing and doesn't want to know God. He needs prayers.
