Donna Brazile, former chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, said Sunday that the events of the 2016 presidential campaign amount to something “worse than hurricane Katrina in terms of the emotional toll.”
Responding to those inside the Democratic party telling her to be silent on her experience, Brazile said they can “go to hell,” she told ABC’s “This Week” with George Stephanopoulos.
“George, for those who are telling me to shut up, they told Hillary [Clinton] that a couple months ago. You know what I tell them? Go to hell. I’m going to tell my story,” Brazile said.
Brazile’s upcoming book “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House,” details what happened within the DNC during months of hacks, scandal, and internal turmoil during the Democratic primary and 2016 presidential campaign. Members of Clinton’s campaign have already criticized Brazile for writing about “what it was like to be on the inside” the campaign operation.
Stephanopoulos asked Brazile if she regretted anything from the campaign. “Do I regret taking on a job the second time in my life as chair of the party? Cleaning up everyone’s mess?” Brazile responded. Brazile came on to lead the party after former chair, Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, stepped down just before the Democratic National Convention.
Brazile said that “being hacked by the Russians,” “being harassed, getting death threats” amounted to a year that “was worse than hurricane Katrina in terms of the emotional toll.”
“Do I regret stranding up for what is right? Helping Hillary Clinton? Helping the Democratic party? As somebody who went through the hacking experience, telling the truth about what happened with the Russians, do I regret that?”Brazile said. “I wish I could have done more.”
I am so glad that in her list of things she regrets, feeding Hillary one of the questions in the debate was not on the list. It kind of proves how corrupt and shallow she really is. I wonder if she regrets not voting for Bernie during the Convention? I wonder if she regrets fund raising for Hillary?

The Clinton's may even hate each other, but their fortunes are still "married." Example - no Hillary at State or in control of DNC, no $150 million for Clinton Foundation, and no $500K speaking-fees for Bill.

Now you know how the American people feel when you people spout all your commie nonsense.
Communism may work in some cultures like China, Venezuela (haha), Nork, and maybe Russia; but not here. Not in our American culture where we have opportunities to succeed but no guarantees. It just isn’t our way to give to the lazy what the hard working people work so hard to earn and produce. Leave that to cultures that can and will accept that ideology.

Let us hope that other Democrats are noticing how Donna just insulated herself from harm by blowing the whistle. Hopefully, those most at risk will follow her example.
Worse than Katrina emotionally? Worse than more than a thousand deaths and thousands displaced, losing everything they owned? I almost felt sorry for this old b*3ch but I know several people who lost everything- every photo, every family heirloom, every item they had worked hard to purchase. I am trying to imagine the outrage had Trump said something so pathetic.

What she would have been like as President has gone from alarming to appalling. Thank God for Donald Trump.

I would think Bill Clinton would be quite happy to retire and enjoy his money, and the things which could be bought with it, for however many years he has left. Im sure he would enjoy spending his remaining years on Pedo Island or some such.
