Donna Brazile, former chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, said Sunday that the events of the 2016 presidential campaign amount to something worse than hurricane Katrina in terms of the emotional toll.
Responding to those inside the Democratic party telling her to be silent on her experience, Brazile said they can go to hell, she told ABCs This Week with George Stephanopoulos.
George, for those who are telling me to shut up, they told Hillary [Clinton] that a couple months ago. You know what I tell them? Go to hell. Im going to tell my story, Brazile said.
Braziles upcoming book Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House, details what happened within the DNC during months of hacks, scandal, and internal turmoil during the Democratic primary and 2016 presidential campaign. Members of Clintons campaign have already criticized Brazile for writing about what it was like to be on the inside the campaign operation.
Stephanopoulos asked Brazile if she regretted anything from the campaign. Do I regret taking on a job the second time in my life as chair of the party? Cleaning up everyones mess? Brazile responded. Brazile came on to lead the party after former chair, Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, stepped down just before the Democratic National Convention.
Brazile said that being hacked by the Russians, being harassed, getting death threats amounted to a year that was worse than hurricane Katrina in terms of the emotional toll.
Do I regret stranding up for what is right? Helping Hillary Clinton? Helping the Democratic party? As somebody who went through the hacking experience, telling the truth about what happened with the Russians, do I regret that?Brazile said. I wish I could have done more.
There is a war on within Democrat Party to topple the Clintons. I doubt Brazile is alone in this.
BUT.....was it worse than the POF?????????????

Its tough to make the right decision or stay alive.
Did Donna already forget?

There is a very tiny part of me that respects her for risking her life taking on clinton. You need a microscope though to find it
Simple enough just turn over all of the evidence to the correct Republicans not some RINO mind you
Hey!
In a culture of corruption (RAT) where lying, thuggery, theft and cheating is the standard....it’s eventually bound to come around and bite you in the ass.
If she would actually tell the truth and help bring down Clinton, I could forgive her for her debate question debacle. I'm not there yet.
Try harder, Donna.

Yo Donna, give us more on Seth Rich.
It’s hard to get into the mind of a liberal, but what she seems to mean is that Clinton is as bad as George W. Bush.
Reasoning, liberals made “Katrina” equal to all the arguments that the storm disaster was completely at the feet of GWB. By saying “Katrina” Donna is changing the meaning of the word short-handing from Bush to Clinton.
She is bullet proof now. Prior to the book she was not. What I find amazing was her great concern about being picked off by a sniper and her fears about what happened to Seith Rich. She knows stuff. This knowledge was a danger to her until she went public with it. I wonder what all she knows?
I think she did it because she is afraid of Clinton. She was a loose end, now she is untouchable.
Not me. She’s full of sh!t. She only wrote this book because Clinton lost. If Clinton had won, Brazile would be sitting in a cabinet position right now.
What chu talkin' about Hillis?
I do not know who pulled the trigger on Seith Rich but I would suspect Russian involvement in it. It would just be protecting their candidate, Hillary Clinton.
The Russian oligarths are not nice people. Many are ex KGB and worse. They sure as hell did not launder 145 million dollars via Canada to the Clinton Foundation unless they were buying and Hillary was selling.
I feel the same way even though she’s got her own motives. “For the first time in my adult life, I am proud of Donna Brazile!”
