A newly declassified FBI dossier on the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. alleges the civil rights leader had a possible lovechild and once bedded folk singer Joan Baez.
The scandalous 20-page report - included in the latest document dump of files related to the JFK assassination - says that "a responsible Los Angeles individual" informed an agent that King had an affair with the wife of a prominent black dentist and may have fathered a baby girl.
The individual, who was a relative of King’s paramour and had known the reverend since 1960, also accused him of having affairs with three other women, including Baez.
The dossier also alleges that King had a proclivity for orgies - and that the frisky revelries even took place at workshops where he was training ministers in urban leadership.

Yes, I’ve read that before and also that those advisors were his speech writers. Apparently MLK had a suite in a NYC hotel permanently rented and that is from where he operated when in the area, and entertained the ladies after work.

King was very much a man of the Left. This used to be common knowledge on the Right, any issue of National Review of that era would leave no doubt.
Kennedy, despite nonsense being prattled about him today, was a Democrat liberal. But liberal JFK saw MLK as being dangerously tight with people who were dedicated to the Soviet Union at the time when Stalin and Khrushchev were running that show. It would be like having Obama having advisors linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. Oh, wait...

Although it would likely be denied, today, the Conservative National Baptist Convention, I believe the largest Negro denomination, actively resisted the attempts of King supporters to subvert its message. The old Mayor Daly of Chicago called on the Conservative Black clergy to help resist King's efforts to stir up racial antagonisms the summer before someone made the decision that he would henceforward be more useful as a martyr.
(No, I do not have any direct evidence of that decision, but I agree with the King family that the official narrative of the assassination was false. There are just too many things that do not really fit the official narrative.)
