Senate Minority Leader Charles Schimer (D-N.Y.) is warning President Trump not to interfere with special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation after Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign chairman, was charged as part of the probe. “The President must not, under any circumstances, interfere with the special counsel’s work in any way. If he does so, Congress must respond swiftly, unequivocally, and in a bipartisan way to ensure that the investigation continues," Schumer said in a statement.

The part that really got me is when he tried to claim every single poster here knows mueller and trump have a super duper alliance..but me..because that also meant every poster calling for his resignation is part of this play acting scheme

The only reason Schumer said this is to get it covered. He wants people to think Trump needs to shut it down, when in fact Trump has no real interest in doing so. But Schumer wants the media and low-info types to think that it is in Trump’s interest to summarily end it.
I hope LS doesn’t quit FR. His books are great and he is one of the most interesting Freepers, even if I don’t buy that latest theory.
