I think this is the college that is free for students. They agree to work for the school while they’re there, and don’t pay tuition or something.

Took my grand daughter for a campus tour on the 16th. Very impressive. Students work 15 hrs.a week, pay no tuition.
Sky-high academics, too.

This is a wonderful place. We stayed at the hotel and it was amazing. Students ran it all. They grow everything for their restaurant. Every night they bring a plates of large hot cookies with fresh milk in those old fashion glass milk containers. Loved it all.

The College of the Ozarks is a WONDERFUL institution. I've known a couple of graduates over the years. It's also known as "Hard Work U." There is no government funding allowed, and they don't charge tuition. Students work on campus, and while there are private scholarships, no federal "student aid" or loans are allowed. It is a Christian institution, but students of all faiths are welcome.
The graduates I've known were extremely sharp, and had both a great work ethic and common sense, which seems to be lacking in most of today's college graduates.

C of O is unique among higher education institutions in America: no tuition is charged, all students work on campus, debt is openly discouraged, and no federal, state or private loans are made.
