He points out that people are making the case for "Pay for Play" when the real story is how the Foundation operates outside the guidelines set up for charities in the USA and our government allows it to do so.

As you may know Carter is big into charity work and he does not like what he’s been seeing with the Clintons and their money laundering foundation. Let’s not forget: Former Governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich is serving FOURTEEN years in prison for merely CONSPIRING a pay for play!!

IMO, Carter’s work with Habitat for Humanity was all about him rehabbing his image.

I’ll never forget a night when Carter was on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

They had been talking for a while, and Carter got visibly upset. Carson hadn’t brought up Carter’s work with Habitat for Humanity yet, so Carter interrupted the train of thought to do it.

He wanted everyone to know how magnanimous he was.

People who do good works are generally the least likely to talk about them. The media would have at some point highlighted Carter’s work. That wasn’t good enough.

He wanted the glory then.

I’ve never seen the guy for much more than an incompetent leader and a glory hound.

I looked up the purpose of the charity last year during the election. Paraphrasing, it said simply to support leaders working on important issues. At the time both better business bureau and charity navigator said there was no way to rate that.

IOW, world wide that charity was able to underwrite issues and people doing political things they liked and get a tax write-off for it.

I’m still amazed that such up front corruption was approved for publication on their website.

Ortell sold his hedgefund then went to work on the board of several foundations where he learned the business. he then was one of the people that discovered fraud at Enron, investigated Madoff and spent a couple years studying the Clinton Foundation filings, both domestic and international. He has said there is about 100 billion missing (BILLION.) This is a massive international money laundering scheme and I doubt all the money is the Clinton’s, but they still need to go to prison.

5 million a year goes to charitable uses.

ITEM---The Australian newspaper the "Herald Sun" ran an October 2016 article entitled, “Why have we donated to Clinton’s foundation?” The paper noted "Former Australian Prime Minister Gillard donated $300 million of our money to the Clinton-affiliated Global Partnership for Education.”

That's one humongous amt of Australian govt money that fell into the hands of the conniving Clintons. The Herald Sun needs to dig deeper---to determine if any of that money took a circuitous route then landed back into the personal coffers of the donors. Could have happened like this:

But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.....and taxes.
