This is why Jimmy Carter was bashing the Clintons yesterday. As you may know Carter is big into charity work and he does not like what he’s been seeing with the Clintons and their money laundering foundation. Let’s not forget: Former Governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich is serving FOURTEEN years in prison for merely CONSPIRING a pay for play!!

IMO, Carter’s work with Habitat for Humanity was all about him rehabbing his image.

I’ll never forget a night when Carter was on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

They had been talking for a while, and Carter got visibly upset. Carson hadn’t brought up Carter’s work with Habitat for Humanity yet, so Carter interrupted the train of thought to do it.

He wanted everyone to know how magnanimous he was.

People who do good works are generally the least likely to talk about them. The media would have at some point highlighted Carter’s work. That wasn’t good enough.

He wanted the glory then.

I’ve never seen the guy for much more than an incompetent leader and a glory hound.

Carter also came out and said that he and his wife voted for Bernie Sanders in the primary.

I suspect that Jimmy Carter has never been particularly fond of the sleazy, crooked Clintons.
