Customers all over the nation flock to Chick-fil-A to indulge in the Georgia-based franchise’s perfectly seasoned, breaded chicken sandwiches, crispy waffle fries, hand-spun milkshakes or other popular menu items.

And, according to a new ranking from Foursquare and Business Insider on the most popular fast-food chain in each state, Chick-fil-A obliterates most of its competition.

Analysts examined which restaurant chains are most-visited in each state by dividing the total number of visits by the number of locations in the state.

Chick-fil-A took home top honors in all but 12 places.

They don’t have many around my part of the Northeast. Good stuff when you can find one.

A Chick-fil-A just opened in my area,a first.

My grandson took a date there to try it out———and couldn’t get near the place——parking lot full, lines waiting to enter parking lot.

Astonishing,

.

Chick Fil A ruined a decades long tradition when they dropped cole slaw from the menu in favor of Kale salad (barf)

There used to be no better fast food sandwich than a chick fil A with the cole slaw dumped on top of of the chicken.

Ours is right across the street from SAM’s and a Wal-mart Supercenter. Traffic is quite crowded at times..................

I've been there once...wasn't particularly impressed.Yes,I admire them greatly for closing on Sunday but the food...the meal *I* had...was good but not great.

I prefer Five Guys....the fries are amazing.

Have a few locations in CT. You can order your meal on line.

Just one Chick-fil-A in our area of California (a few more are 20-30 minutes away). Been there a couple of times. Always busy when we drive by.

I have to laugh when that article came out a few months ago stating Chick-fil-A was voted the least popular "food" in California. This state is so politically driven, and to the hard left.

I have noticed the local fast foods (MCD/Hardees) now bring the food to you most of the time. If you haven’t gone to Chik-Fil-A, go just to see and feel the atmosphere. It is striking how different the customer service is overall.

I love chicken sandwiches.

*****************

Try a McDonalds Signature Crafted Chicken and see if you like it. They are expensive but I
think they are good. I like the sweet bbq bacon fried crispy chicken on an artisan bun.

And the probably doesn’t figure in that Chick-fil-A is only open 6 days a week vs 7 days for its competition.

Their Peach milkshakes are not bad either (Summer Only).

There are also a couple of Truett Dwarf House restraurants around Atlanta that serve a broader fare. One is the original site of Truett Cathy’s Dwarf Grill restaurant.

People are polite and the locations are usually very clean.

I drove by that one in Dedham 2 weeks ago. It was not there the last time I went by before that.

I will likely check it out on one of my off days. I get a lot of those, but not next week.

AND the best chicken salads!!! They’re delish!!

They have Chicken Salads? I didn't know this and I eat there about once a month! I'm going to have to look for them. GF has me eating healthier (I eat salad 3x a week for dinner and have been enjoying them) so I'm gonna go out tomorrow afternoon and try one for lunch!

Agreed. Their cole slaw used to be so good, I would go by and get some, just to go with dinner we cooked at home! Miss it.

Grilled chicken salad. Very low carb.

Yes and low sugar dressing. Excellent. What I usually get.
