The headline is misleading. It is speculation by Tony Shaffer.

Dobbs said the legal experts who have reviewed this gag order have never seen one like it in regards to the criminal penalties.

In her interviews, Victoria Toensing stated that her client was not allowed to see the non disclosure agreement he signed. If the individual involved and his attorney of record are not allowed to see the agreement, I question how a "legal expert" would have access.

I don’t think they have anything on him.

I think he is just a fine specimen of utterly corrupt swamp scum.

These are not good guys being forced to behave in some manner that they are not accustomed to by some shadowy nefarious forces.

These guys are the shadowy nefarious forces.

Jeff Sessions is a villain.

“Sessions has recused himself from all matters Hillary”

Sessions recused himself and his DAG, Rosenstein, calls for a special counsel to investigate a NEWLY ELECTED President of the United States.

After 8 long years of WHOLESALE TREASON & LAWLESSNESS, we finally have a special counsel investigating TRUMP! You’ve got to be fargin kiddin me.

This whole series of dominoes was set up from the get go by that beady-eyed deep-state compromised rat BASTARD, Jeff Sessions.

Like a said years ago, we need a convention of the states to hold Nuremberg-style treason trials and HANGINGS on the national mall.

What?? How is that even possible?

I’m not defending nor attacking Sessions on this yet. There’s so much knne-jerk reacting going on it’s silly. This is SPECULATION and is not confirmed by anyone as true. IF Sessions does refuse to release the NDA, then we’ll have cause for alarm.

I am with you on the knee-jerk reacting. Just as a matter of information, there is a Justice Department manual on how investigations are to be conducted and it specifies that while there is an active investigation, people involved are not allowed to discuss the matter or to release information or evidence. If there is no investigation or if one has been completed without findings to warrant prosecution, these restriction don't apply.

When looked at dispassionately the fact that an Attorney General would refuse to discuss an issue of concern or to release a related piece of evidence, especially at the expense of having his reputation sullied, would indicate that an investigation was ongoing and that the officials involved were following established procedure. Adherence to procedure might not be satisfactory on a TV show or discussion forum, but it is crucial in a successful prosecution.

That means he was a plant from day one. That also means all of his time in the Senate he’s been playing a roll.

I always remember Perot saying
we need to find “535 men and women who go to serve and not to cash in”.

I’m sure there are those who go to serve then learn it’s cash in or go home. Then there are the useful idiots who cash in but underestimate what’s really available.

How much longer are we supposed to wait for him to “show his hand?” We’re nearly a year into the President’s first year and he hasn’t done SQUAT in prosecuting the obviously corrupt Deep State, two of which are working side-by-side with him!

I’m sick of these excuses for his obvious incompetence.

And I’m going to write the President and urge other conservatives I know to FIRE Sessions ASAP.

It’s possible if a guy namedFat Tony is pushing the NDA at you across the table with a 5-sec stopwatch started.

On the only upside, Holder would have executed the NDA so his ass might be drug back from CA.

Not only is the headline misleading, it has not even been legally established that there is such a person or that such a person signed a ND agreement.

Victoria Toensing did not contact Sen. Grassley. The Senator has had to write a letter to her office asking to speak to her client.

Much of this stuff on FR is blogger driven nonsense.

I was just relaying what his attorney, Victoria Toensing said. Without evidence to the contrary, I would tend to believe her. As to why he is not given access, I don't know. Possibly it is a classified document or a material piece of evidence in an ongoing case.

All I know is that you don’t want witnesses spoiling your case before you indict. Once again, this seems to support the notion that Sessions IS pursuing charges against a bunch of people.

Letting Lerner walk was the next-to-the-last straw for me: it confirmed that conservatives/TEA *are* a no-bag-limit species, unworthy of equal protection as say, Antifa.

Yup I agree, the pass on Lerner is another fact that makes Session look like a Swamp Enabler. There are of course a bunch more facts too.

“That means he was a plant from day one.”

Right after Sessions recused himself, someone posted that ‘Sessions insinuated himself into the Trump campaign as a means of a control’.

That seemed a little far fetched at the time, not any more.

Yes, I believe he was indeed a plant from day one, and I also believe that during all of his time in the senate, he was playing a roll. Just like Trey Gowdy plays a roll, and Ted Cruz.

They say things that wow the base, but they do nothing that actually matters, or makes any actual difference, or changes anything at all in the end.

They are all actors in a false play, and their purpose is too fool us into thinking that our votes matters, that elections matter, and that the right hand of government is opposed to the left hand of government, when in fact both hands always work together to benefit government and only government.
