Sessions refuses to lift gag order on informant in Clinton-Russia probe.
I’m not defending nor attacking Sessions on this yet. There’s so much knne-jerk reacting going on it’s silly. This is SPECULATION and is not confirmed by anyone as true. IF Sessions does refuse to release the NDA, then we’ll have cause for alarm.
I’m just going to tap my foot awhile longer.

You are correct. He has the best handed possible. He will fold it without as much as a raise. He doesn’t have the stomach for this type of work. No one to hide behind. Scared of his own shadow. Way too much wasted time.
Who has what on Sessions that is making him afraid to make the move?
1.)Session has recused himself from all matters Hillary.
2.) Sessions left in charge about Hillary, Rod Rosenstein, the original investigator who buried his own original investigation.
You can deduce anything your little heart desires from those two facts, but those are the facts.

There is a real possibility that I am insane, I am no expert on that nor am I a legal expert.
My question is for someone who has access to this document and is a legal expert.
Dobbs’ experts have never seen one like it and the informants attorney is concerned about future liability.
So crazy or not, my question is the same: What is different about this gag order and will an AG pen stroke give him the protection that he needs?

I would like to know the answer to this as well.
Up to now, I have been mute on this guy. Not any longer....he has to go ASAP, which should be by 2PM eastern time today.
I am flabbergasted by the huge number of people on FR who are and have been villifying Sessions. I’m no genius and have no legal experience, but it’s crystal clear to me what is going on.
I guess some are trolls, and the rest are “Me want instant gratification” toddlers without no brains.
Perhaps examining the gag order itself for its draconian demands would put zero and holder in the frying pan for a while but it should be done publicly, otherwise it comes off as ‘justice for all unless the previous POTUS hamstrung us with booby traps for some people’.
CINC should just type up the pardon and threaten the Senate with rapid prosecution for all entangled in this case unless they commit to fast-track approval of his next appointee. All this stonewalling delivery of justice is extraordinarily demoralizing to law-abiding citizens.
Whatever they’ve got on him, it’s got to be good.
My guess would be gay. But probably some financial misbehavior in there too.
Of course, totally just speculating here.

Letting Lerner walk was the next-to-the-last straw for me: it confirmed that conservatives/TEA *are* a no-bag-limit species, unworthy of equal protection as say, Antifa.
Yea, Sessions was the ONLY ONE in the senate who stood against the illegal immigration, and than all of a sudden he’s a deep state operative or a closet Dem. I think he and P.Trump realized early on how corrupt and putrid the state of affairs are in our Gov, and they know that whatever they do to fight it, it has to be perfect. Our Presidents own party is aligned against him, the smallest misstep, and they’ll pounce. Sessions and Trump must perfect in how they play this out.
Looking more like this guy will fold holding all the cards - the congress is waiting for Mueller and running out the clock playing prevent defense - Sessions seems to be aiding and abetting, maybe he is doing it on a Dare. Cliche mode off
