One executive order cancels another

No matter what, the future is here, and President Trump is one by one by scratching those Obama executive orders.

At this pace, President Obama's résumé will be a total blank under "accomplishments." It will simply say he was inaugurated in 2009, was re-elected in 2012 and left office in 2017. There will be very little in between because he did so much by executive order rather than laws passed by Congress. "The 'Blank' Presidency" may be the title of a future book about this time in office.

As mentioned in related threads, although Congress always had the constitutional authority to stop Obama's unlawful actions, not only did Congress wrongly let Obama get away with stealing legislative powers to make probably most of his unconstitutional executive orders, but consider the following.

Most of those unconstitutional orders were based on state powers which corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification federal career lawmakers wrongly let lawless Obama get away with stealing from the states.

Consider that Congress let Obama get away with doing all this illegal stuff because Obama was doing all the dirty, unconstitutional work that Congress wanted to do.

But by letting Obama do Congress’s dirty work for it with executive orders, career lawmakers were able to keep their voting records clean.

And by keeping their voting records clean, lawmakers were able to fool low-information citizens, citizens who have probably never been taught about the fed’s constitutionally limited powers, into reelecting them.

Are we having fun yet? =^O

Next, consider that although Pres. Trump is accomplishing a LOT as president, it remains that since the uniparty Congress wants to get rid of him, Trump not willing to do Congress's dirty work for it like Obama did, that Trump's first two years in office are arguably for practice. That being said ...

Remember in November 2018 !

Patriots need to make sure that there are plenty of state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting patriot candidates on the primary ballots and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day 2018.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to make sure that candidates are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed here.

Also, unlike career members of Congress who wrongly remained silent while misguided state officials abridged the constitutionally enumerated rights of citizens during the lawless Obama Administration, patriots need to make sure that candidates on the 2018 primary ballots commit to the following.

Candidates need to commit to making and enforcing 14th Amendment-related laws to prosecute misguided state officials who use state powers to abridge constitutionally enumerated protections, 1st Amendment-protected religious expression and free speech for example, such actions prohibited by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

”14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The author is kidding himself.

There will be books in the coming years being published about Obama depicting him as the greatest president ever to sit in The Oval Office.

The EO Pres. Trump signed doesn’t actually make any changes to the Affordable Care Act.
What it does do is to order cabinet secretaries to “consider proposing regulations or revising guidance, consistent with law.”

Halting the Obamacare subsidies to insurance companies is not part of the Executive Order.
They get halted because the Trump Admin dropped the appeal of a federal judge ruling that they were essentially unconstitutional.(Congress had authorized the payments, but had never appropriated money for them).

18 states plus D.C. are suing the Trump admin for upholding the constitution ? too wacky...

Well, they weren't all necessarily unConstitutional, but very likely all were destructive.

He needs to rescind every executive order since GHWB assumed office. Bush did some stuff that was terrible as well.

And I'm sure most of us remember Clinton's EO placing a national park off limits to benefit Lippo Group, one of his slimy benefactors. Another one that really always frosted my @$$ was the one where he mandated that every Federal employee who carried a gun had to lock it up at home. Talk about kissing Sarah Brady's @$$ with his mouth open.

Much easier than hiding behind the Courts as they have for all of my life.

First note that the post-17th Amendment ratification, state sovereignty-ignoring Senate not only helps the likewise corrupt House to pass unconstitutional bills, bills that not only steal state powers but also state revenues uniquely associated with those powers, state revenues stolen by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States."—Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.


After the Senate helps the House to pass unconstitutional bills, lawless presidents signing such bills, the courts come into the picture.

More specifically, the Senate confirms state sovereignty-ignoring justices to the Supreme Court, activist justices who wrongly declare the unconstitutional laws that the Senate helped the House pass to be constitutional, Obamacare a great example.

In fact, activist Supreme Court justices wrongly ignore that previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified the fed’s constitutionally limited powers with respect to things like national healthcare as follows.

No "accomplishments"? Oh, I dunno. I think he has some stunning ones...

1. Doubled the national debt in just 8 years

2. Nearly destroyed the finest military in the world in 2 terms

3. Nearly destroyed and bankrupted one of the finest health care systems in the world and made quality and affordable health care a vanishing dream for millions

4. Singlehandedly crapped all over the US Constitution at every opportunity and nobody ever called him on it

5. Posted a phony birth certificate on the official White House website for years and successfully mocked everybody who dared question it

6. Served two full terms as President even though he was obviously Constitutionally prohibited from that

7. Singlehandedly destroyed numerous Cabinet Departments to including our once stellar Intelligence agencies, FBI, and the entire DOJ

8. Made political corruption endemic in the Federal Government and almost completely destroyed public confidence in a once relatively honest and responsible government

9. Let our worst enemies gain strategic advantages over us in all corners of the Globe

10. Purposely losing wars and putting us on the side of our sworn mortal enemies

Opened our borders to hordes of illegal aliens and criminal cartels
