The moron “restaurant manager” should be fired as well.

“I don’t get into politics?” WTH? THAT’s his response?

So, it’s OK for one of your employees to curse at paying customers?

Why does this idiot “restaurant manager” still have a job?

Capitalism - name the business and let the customers take action, hopefully by attrition.

https://turtleboysports.com/lynn-coffee-shop-manager-no-coffee-with-a-cop-allowed-because-cops-are-slave-catching-murderers-who-shouldnt-be-humanized/

Woman owns coffeehouse in Lynn MA.Managed by her snowflake social justice warrior
daughter who closed the shop not for Columbus Day but Indigenous People’s Day and refuses to take part in “Coffee with a Cop” program because she considers cops as murderous slave catchers. Posts about that on Facebook led to backlash from those who support cops. Many negative reviews.

The mom-owner of the shop now says she has
fired her daughter.

Next time the police get a 911 call from whataburger or any Starbucks they should take a knee, outside at a safe distance.

My son started working at 15. He did try to get small jobs but was always turned down. But, he did get a job at 15 and has an incredible work ethic. He has worked 2 jobs at a time when he needed to. He knows he would never go hungry but takes working seriously.
The irony is that he has been profiled. He was a teen boy in a small town; of course he was hassled. He was not in football so he was a “bad” kid. He did not have a lot of respect for cops for awhile; neither did I. But, we both got over it. He actually ended up friendly with the sheriff’s department cuz they came in for coffee where he worked 3rd shift. lol

"Now going somewhere else in Denison in the middle of the night is not easy because our officers don’t have many options. What really gets my goat with such an incident is that while most of us are sleeping – sleeping!, the officers are out there working hard to keep us safe and when trying to take a break to eat – they face this type of reception from an employee of a local business and management calls it 'politics'?"

“People sleep peaceably in their bed at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.”

Great move Whataburger. Kudos.

And then they need to comp the police who come to that Denison restaurant for the next month in apology. If they don’t do something similar, they will lose business in Texas

I was just going to say...Texans are patriots and support the military and police.

You have a GREAT idea.

IMO they should have also fired the supervisor. Refusing to serve a paying customer that has done nothing wrong and is clothed appropriately (thinking of no shoes, no shirt, no service here) has nothing to do with politics.

The supervisor refused to instruct the employee to follow company guidelines and needs to go as well.

It is not the money. Do you think that any fast food or sit down restaurant would ever hire a person with that on her records?
I guess her parents failed to teach their spoiled daughter that sometimes there can a very expensive reaction to poor behavior.

Heck, I would have volunteered to make the burgers for the policemen. I worked fast food at one time.

Then I would have offered to pay the tab! Keep yourself honest and real.
