A worker at a Texas fast-food restaurant was fired after she refused to serve two police officers, the company said Saturday.
In a lengthy post on the Denison Police Department's Facebook page, Chief Jay Burch alleged the officers were cursed at by the employee and that the restaurant manager’s only response was “I don’t get into politics.”
“If a business does not want police officers as customers, just let us know,” Burch wrote. “There’s no need to curse us and make a scene, just let us know you don’t want us there and we’ll go somewhere else.”
He added, "Now going somewhere else in Denison in the middle of the night is not easy because our officers don’t have many options. What really gets my goat with such an incident is that while most of us are sleeping – sleeping!, the officers are out there working hard to keep us safe and when trying to take a break to eat – they face this type of reception from an employee of a local business and management calls it 'politics'?"

Better that the police know about this hostility so that they don’t inadvertently eat products which have been spit into or adulterated. This sorry sack of slime should obviously be FIRED so fast her face spins around. And maybe her supervisor as well. This kind of stupidity must end.
if you read the whole story, you will see the former employee was interviewed and said the cops were racist against her bf and beat him up...so we know, malanin-challenged....

Well I was lucky, because almost everyone likes firefighters. The manager at the Jack in the Box near our station used to give us half price hamburgers. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of mentioning it to my battalion chief one day and he told me that we couldn’t accept the discount anymore. When I tried to explain that to the manager she took it in the wrong way... like it was some sort of insult.
the guy is a dumbsh*t for sure; but we should respect the right of any property owner to refuse service to anyone - and for customers to refuse to patronize the business.
Would a diner manager have been within his rights to refuse to intervene if a waitress refused to serve some black customers at a lunch counter?

Whataburger needs to sue da biatch for the damage she has done to the Whataburger brand. These snot-nosed little bass turds will knock off playing this kind of bullsh*t.
Not only should the counter worker have been fired (which she was), but the supposed ‘manager’ as well. I am heartened that corporate types fired the counter twit ASAP.
The former employee is obviously a victim of melanin poisoning.
Not long after, some people were tearing up the place so the owner again called the police. They showed up with lights on and stood outside, watching his pool hall get trashed thru the windows.
Owner came out and yelled at the cops that they are tearing up his place. The police chief said, they sure are.

Exactly how much would one expect to to collect from an unemployed fired hamburger flipper?

I agree, but from what I know of Whataburger, that’s not the way they roll. They need to fire the manager and any other employee suffering with the same hate sickness. It will put the other Whataburger restaurants on notice - This will not be tolerated.
And then they need to comp the police who come to that Denison restaurant for the next month in apology. If they don’t do something similar, they will lose business in Texas. They have long been thought of as a patriotic refuge and we won’t accept them rolling over to liberal bullies.
These punks are everywhere as they are taught lies for American history. Many of these younger types believe they are owed. They were never told to work if you want nice clothes etc. I have never had a single teen or younger adult ask if they could earn money mowing my lawn, washing or waxing our cars etc. They do zip.
