The following is from YTN, S. Korea's cable news channel. They are using data from S. Korea's weather agency, which may not match what USGS or other agencies have(for example, difference in the magnitude of quakes.)

Event Magnitude* Time
6th Nuclear Test 5.7 2017-09-03 12:29
1st Quake 4.4 2017-09-03 12:38
2nd Quake 2.6 2017-09-23 13:43
3rd Quake 3.2 2017-09-23 17:29
4th Quake 2.7 2017-10-13 01:41

* note: magnitudes listed here are from S. Korea's weather agency which are different from USGS estimates which tend to be higher.

According to their map, the location of quake is moving steadily from south to north heading toward Mt. Paekdu.

The YTN report also says that the magma chamber of Mt. Paekdu extends out 40 km south, which is 60 km away from the N.Korea's test site.

Be a real shame if that nuclear test site collapsed and started leaking a plume of radiation into China or Russia

A real shame

Here is one scenario about what happens if Mt. Paekdu erupts, according to Chosun Ilbo, a S. Korean daily. This assumes that a high pressure system is in the West and a low pressure system, in the East. In winter, a high pressure system forms in the North West of Korea, and wind is blowing from NW to SE. The first map shows the pattern of volcanic ash spreading after 36 hours, and the second, after 72 hours.

Has Fat Boy initiated a volcanic eruption?

The last time Paektu erupted over 1000 years ago, it spewed 100+ cubic kilometers of debris.

In my opinion, earthquakes are an act of God, even if a MADMAN has been detonating nukes.

This is the 100th Anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun in Lisbon Portugal.

In World War II, along these lines, 112 B17 BOMBERS tried to bomb San Giovanni Rotundo.

There was a problem releasing the bombs.

No bombs were dropped from 112 B17 bombers.

The US Army Air Corps General leading the mission:

1. First saw a monk in the clouds waving the B17's off.
2. Then he saw a woman holding a child
3. Finally he saw a boy holding a sword (might have been a flaming sword)

The Airmen on the mission later recognized the monk as Padre Pio (very famous monk who is now a saint and was found that his body had not decayed 30 years after his death).

The woman (mother) holding a child was identified as a statue in that monastery where Padre Pio lived.

Finally, the boy with the sword was identified as a famous statue of Saint Michael the Angel (who is in the Bible in the book of Revelation). That statue is in a place where there is legend/tradition that Saint Michael left his footprint there.

This year has seen 4 hurricanes hit the US: Harvey, Irma, Maria, and Nate. There is now a FIFTH Hurricane that may shortly strike Ireland and then continue on to Scotland.

Another hurricane, Jose, make a couple of loops and then went harmlessly away...

You might believe in God, but I do. I do not need to be struck by lightning...

With some of their scientist missing, it may be that China decided to blow up their testing site. One can always wish!
