Hard to tell what her politics are. She is extremely well educated and has quite the resume with NSC credits and a masters degree from down under. Definitely a hot chick to watch.
WOW Rod, MSM wont get anywhere near any of this.
Tanks for the food for thought links
then there is verification which is always difficult. You gotta bring in common sense as well.this one will be investigated for some time.
SHoot, there is still info about Benghazi being brought up!
Who knew?
The above line is for all of the dumbass FReepers who always complain about Senators and Congressmen that they themselves cannot vote for or against.
This means all of you NOT living in Arizona, commenting on McCain, you sound just like BLM, or any other mind deranged idiots.
Prime example - Houston mayoral elections - "some" People show up for primaries, many show up for general election. In a city with a population of 2.5 million about 100,000 show up for runoff - Now Houston has LIBERALS running the City and the local judiciary - How do you spell CONSERVATIVE MORONs - Houston that's how
The panel was totally one sided, i.e., anti-Trump. Wallace raised the lifting of the birth control mandate for employers under Obamacare allowing employers with religious objections an exemption. What the panel failed to mention is that this mandate was never in Obamacare passed by Congress. Obama imposed it via executive order hence the Hobby Lobby case.
Gillian Turner, an attractive red head whose expertise is allegedly foreign policy, made some stupid comments about Trump's possible decertification of the Iran deal. She compared it to DACA and said it was passing the buck to Congress. Obviously, she doesn't understand the Constitution.
It is not passing the buck to Congress. It is putting the responsibility back where it belongs under the Constitution. DACA was an unconstitutional executive order. It is a responsibility of Congress to pass immigration law. The same holds true with the Iran Deal, which should have been deemed a treaty requiring two-thirds approval by the Senate for ratification. Instead, Obama and his allies like Corker, turned the process upside down by requiring two-thirds of the Senate to oppose the deal in order to stop what was a treaty negotiated without consent of Congress. The Paris Climate Accord is another example of Obama acting on his own ignoring Congress.
There were no dissenting opinions on the panel. Unwatchable.
ATF approved them under Obama. The NRA made it quite clear that they favor regulating any device that turns a semi-automatic to an automatic weapon, which is illegal for most people.
See my post #45. Turner is a GOPe/lefty both in terms of foreign policy and domestic affairs.
Gillian Turner is a member of the Deep State. She worked for Bush and Obama.
According to the 2010 U.S. Census, whites made up 51% of Houston's population; 26% of the total population was non-Hispanic Whites. Blacks or African Americans made up 25% of Houston's population. American Indians made up 0.7% of the population. Asians made up 6% (1.7% Vietnamese, 1.3% Chinese, 1.3% Indian, 0.9% Pakistani, 0.4% Filipino, 0.3% Korean, 0.1% Japanese), while Pacific Islanders made up 0.1%. Individuals from some other race made up 15.2% of the city's population, of which 0.2% were non-Hispanic. Individuals from two or more races made up 3.3% of the city.
Always vote in any matter.
Recent example. Local push for 1 cent sales tax increase to rebuild roads , bridges , water quality in local rivers which are affected by discharges fro lake okeechoobe creating algae blooms , after one was passed years ago for same things with no recap given of how that didnt work
This was a special vote tied to no name local positions that never draw a lot of participation
In any case it didnt pass but only 20 % of eligible voters cast a ballot.
Luckily those of us who care saw through this ruse to pull a fast one
Not showing up for bigger stuff like 2 - 6 year terms for Rinos is even worse
thanks I was wondering, her bio did not add up.

unbelievable stuff here, pretty long however
Turner reminds of a young Maureen O’Hara but, unfortunately, not near as tough or conservative.
..................
Finestein was just on CBS doing her usual "we love Iran and hate guns BS." NOt a word about how Iran foments terrorism all over the mid-East and N.Africa or how the bad guys always get guns and the good guys wind up getting shot.
Looks like she will run again. California is a failed state, too bad we cant just cut if off the land and let it float out into the Pacific.
Where is that? Looks like a golf course.
Stay safe.
More power to him, and anyone else who takes on the sitting bullshitters in effort to bring this (once) great country and MAGA.
no, Houston is not Dem., Houston residents, like residents everywhere else, Venezuela for example, do not give a crap until the poop hits the fan, as it has now. The Mayor wishes to impose a 10% increase in the Real Estate taxes. This after the Storm, supposedly to help pay for storm cleanup.
The previous Mayor, a Lesbian, imposed a Bathroom bill that one of the local Preachers gave a negative sermon about. The Lessy sued the preacher and demanded a full listing of all sermons. This particular case ended up getting dropped. but is took much local public pressure
With the current Mayor reaching into people pockets for more of their hard earned money, now EVERYONE Dem., Rep., queer or otherwise are all of a sudden taking notice.
The local Mexicans and Americans with a Mexican heritage are mostly "conservative" - what ever that means. And not many of these people vote in any case.
As a way to push people apart even more, we should always refer to everyone as American-fill in the blank, that way we supposedly can tell what TRIBE and voting pattern you belong to
In 1970 non-Hispanic whites made up 62.4% of the population; and in 2010 it was 25.6% of the population. Harris County went 54% to 42% for Hillary thanks to Houston.
WOW, I hadn’t realized quite how awful this is, those numerical trends represent political catastrophe for the USA!
