Judicial Watch should be interviewing George Webb, who has completed 350 days of videos tracking down these criminals.

The court case is tomorrow, and this is a looking like it will be a “show” trial. The scene: Obama’s judge, Clinton’s attorneys, and the prosecuting team run by Wasserman’s brother... they refused to add any of the espionage info before the court for this trial, so as of now, the case is just about the mortgage fraud and abuse of the Congressional Credit Union..

“Nancy Pelosi authorized the Awan brothers to access to eight ranking Democratic members’ computers who sat on the House Intel Committee. In a letter from March 2016 she stated “[W]e request you include adequate funding to the House Office of the Sergeant at Arms to support Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information Security (TS/SCI) Clearance investigations for individual designees from each House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Member’s personal staff.”

The “individual designees” stated in the letter were, of course, the Awan brothers. Frontpage Magazine wrote, “The signatories to the letter were Andre Carson, Luis Guiterrez, Jim Himes, Terri Sewell, Jackie Speier, Mike Quigley, Eric Swalwell, and Patrick Murphy. All the signatories were Democrats. Some had a history of attempting to undermine national security. Two of them have been linked to an emerging security breach. The office of Andre Carson, the second Muslim in Congress, had employed Imran Awan. As did the offices of Jackie Speier and Debbie Wasserman Schultz; to whom the letter had been addressed.”

I don’t believe the Trial is tomorrow. Awan has only been arraigned. Wife hasn’t been arraigned yet. I think they push this around for a year or so and let it die. Interesting the Awans have multiple lawyers and all are Clinton related and paid for.

These high-level committee appointments are "positions for sale." Every appointment has a dollar amount attached to it that Members desiring the positions are required to raise.

Taxpayers demand to know if Carson is channeling Islamicist cash directly into the DNC.

ITEM---Imran was arraigned in federal court Friday before last on four felony fraud charges, appearing with three attorneys including Chris Gowen, a former close aide to Hillary and Bill Clinton.

ITEM---Imran's Atty Gowen asked that Awan’s GPS monitoring bracelet be removed, citing that Imran might need to attend to an emergency with his children. In a press conference outside court, Gowen admitted that the children are in Pakistan and refused to explain the discrepancy. “His ability to parent, which may well be single parenting, if there is an emergency…” Gowen said.

(NOTE Sounds to me like Imran's planning to fly the coop--he has tons of money waiting for him, and the protection of the grateful Pakistani police.)

ITEM---Atty Gowen also asked for other restrictions on Imran's movements to be lifted; he said Imran has been driving for Uber, but the company had no record of any driver in their employ matching several variations of Imran’s name.

ITEM---US Prosecutor Michael Mirando opposed the motions, saying Imran is a severe flight risk. “From Day 1 there was a pattern of flight. It began September 2016… a pattern of transfers to Pakistan, hundreds of thousands of dollars,” he said. The judge has not ruled on the motion. --SNIP--

Luke Rosiak, ace reporter for TheDCNF, first revealed the long-running House procurement theft issue. Rosiak detailed that Democratic Rep. Yvette Clarke of New York did not immediately fire Abid after learning that $120,000 of equipment was missing from her office.....not reporting a crime IS a crime.

Democrat Clarke’s chief of staff, instead, filed papers to “write-off”.....to remove the equipment from the House inventory. Democrat Clarke did not alert authorities or fire Abid.

Democrat Clarke’s COS created an evidentiary electronic/paper trail by inquiring about the House “write-off” process that usually involves lost blackberries.......not varied tech purchases totaling 120,000 tax dollars.

A judge and jury sure will take note of that incriminating detail.

QUESTION: How might a court of law define (A) conspiracy to defraud the United States, (B) falsifying official govt documents, (C) money laundering conspiracy, (D) abuse of public office, (E) theft of tax dollars?

ANSWER: Democrat Yvette Clarke’s COS created an evidentiary electronic/paper trail, and is on-record, inquiring about the House “write-off” process that usually involves lost blackberries.......but never indicated the "write-off" might include big item tech purchases totaling 120,000 tax dollars.
