Just saw this vid. Certainly seems like shots being fired from the fourth floor.

1. There is no synchronization between the flashing light and the sound of gunfire at all.
2. If you look at the window layout from the exterior of the hotel, that flashing light seems to be coming from a solid part of the exterior between windows.
How did someone fire thru the 4th floor window without breaking it?
2nd it has been reported that the flashing was from a strobe light.
How accurate I don’t know.
But the fact that the window wasn’t shot out/broken should suffice
that there wasn’t weapons being fired from that location.
If someone really were shooting from the 4th floor, why isn’t the glass broken out at that particular window? The fixed pane can’t be opened. It would have to be broken by firing or by some device to allow the shooter to fire out at the targets.
Just asking. Maybe something did happen there on the 4th floor.
Clearly? Ummm no. Do you think it is possible that shots were coming from a location in the hotel we do not know about? Whoever did it is one quick window repairing shell cleaning ghost. He must have been using a silencer.....yah...that’s it.

Those look like reflections of some kind. Especially the last video he show. Maybe an led sign. Horizontal rectangle.

The building is nearly covered with MIRROR GLASS!
One can see a group of large signs reflected just next to these claimed 'muzzle flashes'.
What is blinking off in the distance that has reflected from the windows that have some assuming to be other gun fire?
