No doubt about that. However, the FBI probably offered her something for returning voluntarily, rather than go through a year’s worth of extradition. She probably won’t face any charges. She, most likely, will get to keep any ill-gotten gains.
Frankly, I’m guessing, other than confirming the shooter’s mental state and a few facts she has little to offer the FBI. The FBI was under pressure to do something and to do it fast, so we get deals like this one.
Its terrorism. They wouldn’t need charges. And, she is a material witness.

Conspiracy to commit murder. Without definitive evidence they couldn’t hold her long, but perhaps long enough to gain additional information, and at least to send a message that they are serious enough to go after her aggressively if she’s being dishonest.

Check out the Geary Danley “likes” at this link. It looks to me like Marilou was the connection between Geary Danley, the uber proggy radical, and Stephen Paddock. This is where the “what was his motive” investigation needs to go, and I don’t trust the deep-state proggy FLEAs to do it.
If what our fellow freepers are reporting, there were at least two very good reasons to hold her.
