Witness on Fox says windows broken by gun fire and calls 911 - can’t get through.
Multiple witness claim that gun fire went on for “two minutes”.
So cops, responded (most likely on the property), noted the correct floor, rode an elevator to the 32nd floor, found the correct room and breached to door and shot a guy with a clearly FA weapon? Not buying that scenario. Need more info. Reminds me of the first season of “Shooter”.
It is plausible if you remember those casino hotels are wired for sound and video in every public space, often multiple times over. It would be a matter of just a few moments to pull up the mikes on each floor and localize the sound of gunfire.
