The states will not send representative with plenary power.

They will send delegate with detailed commissions backed by felony punishment for violation of their commissions.

Here, for example is the Indiana statute that governs their agents to an Article V COS.

You believe it’s foolproof. I disagree. Look at how those in power crumble when they’re faced with the false agenda that’s destroying the nation. I suspect that the only way to save the Constitution from this current assault is by not changing anything, but rather hoping that President Trump can get some good judges confirmed.

Doesn’t matter what the ‘laws’ are. There is always a way around them and liberals/deep-staters/statists will use them to defeat an nullify the intent. Worse, you won’t find out until its all over, and any punitive state laws that held sway before the start will be gone by the end.

Such events are only for ‘trusting souls,’ but not for the real world which has teeth and will use them to tear such souls apart before devouring them.
