I’ve said all along the NFL will try to resolve this by simply not having the Anthem. Wait and see.

He makes a fair point, but discontinuing it because the players refuse to stand for it, is the wrong answer. Its kind of a weasely answer.
How about this... in a contest between these nimrods who clearly don’t like the country, who cares who wins?

"The Star-Spangled Banner" deserves better. A compelled show of patriotism no more belongs at a ballpark than it does at a restaurant. I completely disagree. The national anthem at large gatherings of Americans should help bring us together. The commonality of all standing respectfully emphasizes what we share. It was only as the Ctrl-Left turned treasonous that this ritual became a problem.
The solution is not to drop the ritual but to educate those who were raised so poorly that they were willing to follow evil. Seeing the division is better than failing to recognize the degree to which totalitarian socialism has infiltrated our society. Keep playing the anthem - and work to educate even #BlackThugsMatter sympathizers on the positive values that define America.

Frankly, I don’t see the connection between a sports event and the National Anthem...except that it is being played at a large crowds of people, presumably, overwhelmingly American people.
BUT....since the NFL and other jackasses have made this an issue we CAN NOT change that now. In fact, it should be played twice now and maybe add in the Pledge of Allegiance!
How do you like those apples NFL?!

What a dumbass thesis. This is precisely what the left wants. Discord and abandonment of National traditions. Eradicate any sense of patriotism and loyalty to ones Nation.

They could play some sh!t by Lady Gaga or Jay-Z before the game, for all I care. I won't be there to see it anyway.
Let the teams that want to keep it, keep it.

But none of this would be happening if no one performed "The Star-Spangled Banner" before football games. That speculation is absolute bullshit. The SJWs would find another way to further their marxist goals. But, they would still do it.

Dude is an idiot. National anthem is the only thing that makes sport worth watching. All together, politics at the door, everybody striving at the top of their abilities, the win going to the team that plays the best together.
There is a lot of self-unmasking going on nowadays.

Thus was a gesture of spontaneous, heartfelt patriotism transformed into today's enforced display of national loyalty, ripe for exploiting by players or politicians with a disruptive political agenda. Playing the national anthem before every team sport, track meet, and auto race hasn't deepened American unity and love of country. It has tarnished it. WTH? What kind of a commy ingrate suggests that love of country and patriotism is the reason that "American unity and love of country" has been tarnished?
Somebody check that A$$hat for a concussion.
