Owner Jerry Jones joined his team in taking a knee. The Cowboys then stood up and linked arms for the national anthem.
The Dallas Cowboys all took knees on the field and the Arizona Cardinals linked arms across from them before their Monday Night Football game, a move that followed a closely-watched Sunday in which NFL teams and their owners rebuked President Donald Trump’s criticism of athletes protesting during the national anthem.
Actually..a great idea..emphasizes all need to stand for anthem..but aren’t they supposed to hold hand over heart.

Glad the Cardinals didn’t kneel. Since my beloved Seahawks disappointed me, I may turn to Arizona.
And they were royally booed by the crowd. Good.
Workplace protests that pressure all workers to participate and, by extension, agree with a political position are reprehensible, and may even be actonable. (The NFLPA actually should be protecting those who don’t want to get political.) What if the cause were pro-life or pro-Second Amendment, pro-voter ID, anti-Obamacare, or pro-capitalism? There Leftists would be screaming “no fair!”
Screw the NFL.

Exactly. Now that this football week is almost over people can either decide to approve of the direction the NFL is going and continue to give them their support or cut the cord. Time to pick your side......

Patriots see this empty but insulting gesture, and will stay away in droves.

If they took a knee when the Po Po stopped them, instead of reaching for gats they wouldn’t get smoked.

The radio broadcast mentioned before they came to the field that they planned to kneel in prayer, then stand and lock arms for the anthem. Brad Sham and Babe Laufenberg.
