This whole thing started to support black lives matter it is an anti-police statement. Does anyone remember why it started I mean the NFL doesn’t seem to care I guess
These players are publicity whores.
There must be consequences to being a publicity whore.

LIMBAUGH: THRILL OF NFL GONE...
[Did not watch — not even rooting for Steelers any more.]

Hannity also not interested in watching.
[Abut as close to supporting a boycott as these two ever get]
Hannity works for fox,. interesting to watch what he does about a boycott.
Y’all think its bad now? Just wait until the NFL players union goes on strike over their next contract.
This stupid SJW Antifa wannabe Goodell needs his rear end whupped.
Hannity never openly supports boycotts, but he clearly empathizes with this one.
Hannity also quoted a FoxNews report about how much tax money has been spent to prop up the NFL [mainly in stadium consctruction.]
FOOTBALL RATINGS DROP
thanx not a regular listener
I would not object to state laws giving teeth to respect for the National Anthem, or a constitutional amendment. And while I'm at it, anyone who acts in such a subversive manner should consider himself fair game when it comes to warrantless investigations/ surveillance/ etc by the Federal Gov. And further, it's the equivalent of revoking one’s citizenship as far as I'm concerned. [But not a lawyer. FRegards ....]
You were making good points until you mentioned ‘Snopes’.
The NFL routinely bans misbehavior, even banning alterations from their dress code.
Secondly, the NFL does not want to be affiliated with a subversive group does it? People who mock their own citizenship? People who arguably revoked their citizenship?
Maybe these players should seek green cards to work in the US.
The NFL also banned players from politically supporting the police. So if one form of political speech is banned, why is that not sauce for the gander?
“Look at repossessing the stadiums”
You would need someone with the will and commercial real estate experience to pull that off.
Oh wait. I think I know someone.
He opened today's show by telling us he consciously decided not to watch any NFL yesterday for the first time in (decades? forever?), even his beloved Steelers (who just happened to lose to the hapless, ridiculous Bears).
But all this NFL noise continues to push the real problemsthe debt, Obamacare, the people's agendaoff the plate.
These whiny neanderthals should also be reminded they play their highly-compensated “game” within primarily taxpayer-funded coliseums around this country, that’s been kept safe by centuries of soldier’s blood.
Security is not provided by military personnel but state and local police.
But you are right about the others including the Fly Overs
thrilling though they are.
“Then looking for others to give in through appeasement to get rid of our anger and violence...”
Thomas Wolfe called it “Mau mauing the flak catchers” in his examination of “Radical Chic” wherein the hoyty toyty embrace some scum. When he coined the idea and concept it was the same Black Nationalist idiocy and that was 50 years ago.
Somebody with legal ability needs to please follow-up on posts yesterday which indicate that the NFL has established public guidelines on required behavior during the national anthem - it says that the anthem is to be played and that players are to stand, etc. If/as this rule is being violated while others ala RGIII are fined for similar situations, then the NFL is committing a public fraud! While the NFL is private per se, they are publicly accountable to abide by the rules they have publicly presented! If they arent going to change the rules then they need to start requiring players to behave like responsible citizens as they are apparently obligated contractually. This then becomes a MASSIVE CLASS ACTION against the NFL!
They think they are too big to fail. I plan on doing my part to prove them wrong.
Where? The word “anthem” is nowhere to be found!
