North Korea Warns It May Detonate An H-Bomb In The Pacific

Kim Jong Un issued an unprecedented threat directly to President Donald Trump Friday.

In response to the president’s warning at the U.N. that the America will “totally destroy” North Korea if the rogue regime attacked the U.S. or its allies, the North Korean leader threatened to “tame” Trump “with fire,” promising the “highest-level” action against the U.S.

North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho clarified exactly what this might mean.

“It could be the most powerful detonation of an H-bomb in the Pacific,” he said, adding that he has “no idea about what actions could be taken as it will be ordered by leader Kim Jong Un.”

Testing a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific would represent a new kind of North Korean provocation, one unlike anything the world has seen before. Kim is determined to prove that he will not be deterred by Trump. North Korea recently claimed that it is close to achieving its nuclear goals, despite international pressure to rein in the aggressive little country.

There really are consequences to no real history in today’s ‘education’.

"The United States and France both routinely nuked the Pacific with hydrogen bombs back in the ‘50’s and early ‘60’s.
Maybe this atmospheric testing is partly responsible for the queering of the West?

Two generations have grown up while being deprived of the high altitude shots and many hundreds of other shots that benefited us so much. That might be the real problem. Hopefully, their average lifespan won't be much shorter than ours, too.

I am just so utterly fed up with this crap.

I say let's just get this BS over with.

Maybe the world will burn.

Maybe it deserves to.

True! Some of us grew up with many of the tests that totaled over 2,000 worldwide. Maybe we should have a rerun.

Easy does it.......Kim would love us to bomb there... then kick back and watch the show that follows. You can be certain he would do just that.

Give this time to work....gas there has already increased 43% and... the people loving Fat Boys perks are not happy campers....

It would probably be a good idea to avoid much sun exposure for a few years after any very large nuke exchange, though. Maybe wear a hat and long sleeves or something.

but how many of these were set off in the water

Lots of them were set off from barges. Setting them off on islands tended to cause the islands to go missing.

Be a good time to get positioned so we can shoot it down before detonation.

hmm - if we dropped a nuke on the launch site -— think we could convince folks it was an early detonation and they just goofed with their own weapon?

You accept the radioactive release incidental to a missile shootdown of course. The alternative is to allow it to go *BANG*!.

Dunno where you read ‘Israel’ into my comment. I support Israel.

My strategy is to make each one of our enemies responsible for the actions of another– a way of holding both accountable– particularly since they colluded (no doubt with Obama’s assistance) on their respective nuclear programs.

If North Korea attacks, it should be clear that the US will take it and its allies down without quarter.

The Baby Tooth Survey was initiated by the Greater St. Louis Citizens' Committee for Nuclear Information in conjunction with Saint Louis University and the Washington University School of Dental Medicine as a means of determining the effects of nuclear fallout in the human anatomy by examining the levels of radioactive material absorbed into the deciduous teeth of children.

Founded by the husband and wife team of physicians Eric and Louise Reiss, along with other scientists such as Barry Commoner and Ursula Franklin, the research focused on detecting the presence of strontium-90, a cancer-causing radioactive isotope created by the more than 400 atomic tests conducted above ground that is absorbed from water and dairy products into the bones and teeth given its chemical similarity to calcium. The team sent collection forms to schools in the St. Louis, Missouri area, hoping to gather 50,000 teeth each year.[1] Ultimately, the project collected over 300,000 teeth from children of various ages before the project was ended in 1970.

Preliminary results published by the team in the November 24, 1961, edition of the journal Science showed that levels of strontium 90 in children had risen steadily in children born in the 1950s, with those born later showing the most increased levels.[2] The results of a more comprehensive study of the elements found in the teeth collected showed that children born after 1963 had levels of strontium 90 in their baby teeth that were 50 times higher than those found in children born before the advent of large-scale atomic testing. The findings helped convince U.S. President John F. Kennedy to sign the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty with the United Kingdom and Soviet Union, which ended the above-ground nuclear weapons testing that placed the greatest amounts of nuclear fallout into the atmosphere.[3]

A set of 85,000 teeth that had been uncovered in storage in 2001 by Washington University were given to the Radiation and Public Health Project. By tracking 3,000 individuals who had participated in the tooth-collection project, the RHPR published results in a 2010 issue of the International Journal of Health Service that showed that the 12 children who later died of cancer before the age of 50 had levels of strontium 90 in their stored baby teeth that was twice the level of those who were still alive at 50.[

Ever consider learning to build a fallout shelter on your own place, or maybe pushing HOAs and some local planning and building regulations out of the way to do so? Terrible choice, isn’t it: allowing low class, low tech. families to build things on their own private properties or being exposed on a day of reckoning?

I reckon the choice for the gentrification folks is still the second one, seeing as how they’re planning on flying to remote shelters or to drive across the Great American Desert after a nuke exchange. That’s too bad. Don’t forget to “duck and cover.” ;-)

[Hopefully, a little humor will help others to shed some of the fear.]

Seriously, though, our nation has receded in fear from big nuclear buildups elsewhere for too long. Bully nations are much like schoolyard bullies. Reluctance on our part to prepare to defend our country against a nuclear attack is what enticed them to build up for the purpose of eventually attacking us. Trust in those nations to become friendly and keep agreements has been a long trend of insanity in our most influential political folks in the West and Northeast.

And the M.A.D. delusion? Hysterical. The elite commies in those countries don’t care about the lives of their large populations of peasantry, and their large numbers of party favorites are quite well protected and prepared. They’re looking forward to it. They still want to conquer the world for their planned evil empires.

It is the nature of communism/fascism to expand, so that’s what commie-fascists do while lying about their real intentions all along the way.
