The Moon today is in a New Moon phase. During this phase the Moon is to close to the sun in the sky to be visible. The moon rises and sets with the sun and is not present in the night sky.
It also means they pull in tandem against the Earth’s plates........

That's why the biggest fear is of a supervolcano eruption. The Yellowstone Caldera and Lake Toba caldera on the island of Sumatra are still considered active volcanoes, and if either of them erupts we're talking volcanic ash output that would make Tambora's 15 cubic mile of volcanic ash output seem like a minor event in comparison. We're talking a eruption that would effectively block out the Sun for half a year or more almost worldwide--an event that could actually trigger off an Ice Age.

If we’re all gonna die we’ll have to be sure to take some of our enemies with us.

Directly related. Visit dutchsinse.com. He’s got them all mapped out, predicts fairly reliably what caused this one and how it will affect the West Coast US.
A FReeper had posted his website awhile back and I have been following him regularly. Gives earthquake prediction. 85% prediction accuracy according to followers.

“another sunami on the way?”
I think the correct spelling is surimi, but I could be mistaken.
To: Red Badger

I’m not liking all these earthquakes. We even had a 3.5 one in LA the other night.

A lot of talk from gathering data, very little science given to predictions.

6.2 quake = powerful?
I was in Japan when a 6.7 hit in 1987. The trains were running again within a couple of hours. It's never ending with the media.

His chats are too long winded for me so I usually go to the previous days youtube (via his link)where I can fast forward to points of interest to me. 85% is 35% better than 50/50
