If one of the two missing from “57” is California, then I agree. Trump would lose the state to anyone the DEMs put at the top of their ticket. Sanders, Hillary, Biden, Mooch, Harris, Warren, Franken, Holder, Gore, Schumer, Streisand, ...

I’m not completely sold on that idea. Trump came to California and had a good rally here. He could have had many more.
There are good people here. I know folks like to think of California as a lost cause, but we haven’t had ANYONE try to sell Conservatism here since around 2002, and that was a very weak voice.
Before that it was Reagan who was our last loud voice for Conservatism.

You need to add Caroline Kennedy to that list. Now that she is back from “serving” as Ambassador to Japan she will present herself as qualified. She has been practicing and refining her public speaking to get away from the “ya know and everything” patterns. She is sharpening those intellectual phrases.
She wants to be the entitled princess of Camelot and the 1st female Prez too.
