RUSH: Now, while all this is going on, ladies and gentlemen, the Democrats are out there, and there are a number of them getting ready to run for president in 2020, and theyre taking polls on this already, and many of them are very serious about it. We have one of the first snapshots of how its going out there. Paul Bedard, the Washington Examiner, the upcoming 2020 Democrat presidential nomination appears to be Bernie Sanders to lose.
Crazy Bernie, as of now, is in the pole position. Is Crazy Bernie 80? Is he 80 years old or close to it? If hes not, hes gonna be by 2020, and he may be now. So the Democrat front-runner, everybody acknowledges Crazy Bernie is 80 years old. Seventy-six. See? I knew it. Even when I think I might be wrong, Im right. I said hed be 80 certainly by the time 2020 came around, 79. Close enough. This is a poll that comes from Zogby. Its the Zogby analytics survey.
Sanders has a huge lead over Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren. This is the Harvard professor who made up the fact that she has some Indian blood in order to qualify as a minority in order to get hired at Harvard. And people said, You have Indian? She says, Look at my high cheekbones. Thats how you know. She said it, not me. She doesnt look like she has any Native American blood. But she claims that she does. Thats why we affectionately call her Fauxcahontas here.
Crazy Bernie leads her. And then Vice President Joe Bite Me is I guess is third place, and former Vice President Bite Me, hes in his seventies. Nickname here is Plugs, as you well know. But Crazy Bernie is the early favorite. Do you know who the dark horse is? I mean, I know this is tough. Itd be easier if I gave you names and you could multiple choice select. But in this poll theres somebody showing up with enough support that surprised the pollsters to make em do a double-take. Who do you think that is?
Ill tell you who it is. Its Mark Zuckerberg, the cofounder of Facebook. Do you know whos dead last? There is somebody dead last in this. Not Zuckerberg. The guy who is dead last in this poll is The Punk, Terry McAuliffe, the governor of Virginia, who has inexorable close ties to the Clinton Mafia. He was part of it. The media loves him. They love The Punk, they love Terry. Terry McAuliffe, when he was in the war room in the Clinton days, was every bit as brutal a fighter as Carville and Begala and Stephanopoulos.
I mean, in the political sense he was vicious. Now hes the governor of Virginia. And I will guarantee you he has to be stunned to know that hes in last place. In his mind, as a successful, quote, unquote, governor he ought to be in the top tier, and hes not. Just 1% in the Zogby poll. And I know its early. These polls dont mean anything except as a picture of things as they stand now. They got no indication whos gonna eventually gonna get the nomination. Its impossible. Theres no snapshot today that could tell you anywhere close.
But as of right now, 1% of Democrat primary voters say that they support Terry McAuliffe. Here are the actual numbers. Bernie Sanders at 27%, Joe Bite Me at 17%, Fauxcahontas at 12%, Zuckerberg at 7, Senator Kamala Harris shes considered to be a savioress. The radical left thinks that Kamala Harris is the answer. She is at 6%. Kirsten Gillibrand, Senator from New York, 3%. Fredo Cuomos brother Andrew is at 3%. Hes the governor of New York. Senator Amy Klobuchar from Minnesota is at 1%. And theres The Punk, Terry McAuliffe, bringing up the rear. Tim Kaine didnt make the list. Is Kaine running? Anyway, thats the list in the Zogby poll. Bernie Sanders, the front-runner.
Bernie Sanders will be 80 years old in 2020. He can campaign against the system that made him rich but he won’t run.
“Should be an indicator of sorts.”
Half of the country is psychotic leftist, and California is off the deep end with more than half of the population psycho-lefty and with talk of secession by many of them.
Once they declare themselves the People’s Republic of California, they can pretty much consume themselves and not be an affliction for the rest of the country.
(Same for New York; full of subversive lefties hell-bent on power and domination.)
IMHO
Just reading the “Crazy old man” headline I had to click to see exactly which crazy old man Democrat it was referring to.
It’s hard to gauge this topic. What is the real perception in the minds of today’s youth.
Along with the tendency to eat fare less meat, some of our youth are also becoming conscious of other aspects of morals.
I realize this flies in the face of the ANTIFA/BLM segment of our society who have no morals at all, but some of our youth today look down on a number of things, one of which is abortion.
Hipanics also look down on it.
As I said, California may surprise you. About 40% of the state is Conservative. Couple their votes with some of the Left who look down on abortion, I think we’ll be surprised at the size of the vote supporting the elimination of abortion.
As I said, “This should be an indicator of sorts.”
Under the right circumstances, on the right issues, the citizens of California can surprise you. They voted against homosexual marriage in November of 2008, the same election that brought Barack Obama to power.
Go figure... (it actually surprised me)
Was shot down by federal courts. Probably the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals...
“It’s hard to gauge this topic.”
Imho, California has been a mecca for psychotic, macho-man Progressive geniuses, (along with many other places) whose mommies have always told them they were brilliant and that everyone else would be their slaves.
They’re atheist punks with no sense of fairness, no sense of decency and a hatred of anyone with religious faith, especially Christians; their future is moving toward authoritarianism headed by them and them only.
As Mr. Marx said, in his religious zeal, Marxism is inevitable.
Add the Bolshevik revolution to the gauge calibration and the gauge would be right on the mark every time in every analysis.
IMHO
or not
Ripley, if I am wildly off base here, this initiative should verify it.
Therefore this should still be a revealing vote.
It will prove me right or wrong. I don’t have a problem with that.
I don’t mean to be contentious, but when dealing with Progressives, leftists, ow whatever one may call psychotic beings, they can be relied upon to vote with the rest of the lemmings who travel in leftward circles.
That vote in 2018 will probably go down to defeat because the psycho-leftists remain true to their core beliefs, that is,
whatever they’re told to think by their human gods.
IMHO
(P.S. When is vote? Thanks)
In my initial comments on this thread, I touched on the people going vegan, trying to save the planet, concerned with protecting the climate, and wanting to contribute to charities. (I just added more groups there)
They are conscious of certain issues that have to do with “moral” stands, whether they comport to mine or not. Recent polling seems to indicate that these same folks are seeing abortion as very negative.
I first broached this subject by saying it would be interesting to see how this breaks out.
I addressed it for being what I think will be a revealing vote.
That’s still how I see it.
As a follow-up, here is a report on Mellinial Views on abortion.
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jun/30/millennials-increasingly-oppose-abortion-even-if-t/
Thanks for the survey.
When will referendum (?) take place in 2018?
Looking forward to it.
Just itching to see if California millenials fit the survey.
Will they vote individually or how their particular cells dictate.
IMHO
Bernie Sanders is not crazy.
Cali keeps the freaks contained. To bad its such a beautiful state.
If he gets the signatures, it will go to a vote in November of 2018.
I am not predicting a win, but we may be surprised.
The state is about 40% Conservative. I’m not convinced they are a lot to vote against abortion. If we can take a block from the Left and add it in, we may get more votes than would seem possible.
A few years back, I wouldn’t have predicted more than about 25-33% to vote for something like this.
I think our lot has improved since then, so I’m quite curious to see how it goes.
“...I’m quite curious to see how it goes.”
So am I.
Good Luck.
(Going to be looking for it.
Best Wishes
IMHO
Thank you Ripley.
