Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner both showed up to a Manhattan courthouse Wednesday to go before a divorce judge.
Abedin, the longtime close aide to Hillary Clinton, arrived at 2:05 p.m., wearing a trim black suit and high black pumps, carrying a white handbag. She was with her lawyer and only offered a polite, “Hi” to reporters.
Thirty seconds later, Weiner arrived with his lawyer. The disgraced former congressman from Queens wore black slacks, blue-grey blazer, brown shoes.
“I have no comment at all,” he said as he posed for photographers.
“Got what you need? I’d hate for you guys to run backwards. Too many accidents that way. You know you’re close enough to sue me.”
Feeling OK, Anthony? The Post asked.
“Thank you, yes. Bless you guys.”
Abedin’s lawyers filed the divorce papers, captioned “Anonymous vs. Anonymous,” in Manhattan Supreme Court just hours after a weepy Weiner walked into nearby federal court — still wearing his wedding ring — and pleaded guilty May 19 to sexting with a North Carolina teenager.
He will be sentenced on that plea later this month.

Not a lawyer — or anywhere close to having legal knowledge — but isn’t the spousal shield thing optional for the spouse? What I mean is doesn’t the law say that a peron cannot be compelled to testify against his spouse? So, Weiner could testify against Huma if he chose to whether or not they are divorced, right?
I believe the Clinton Enterprise and others have got to Sessions. Trump needs to give Sessions the ultimatum, "Do your job, or YOU'RE FIRED!
This is unexpected. I was so sure those crazy kids could make it. There have been a few minor glitches, but what marriage doesn’t have problems? Carlos Danger has a lot going for him. He’s still energetic. He’s creative. He likes adventure. He enjoys being around children. He shows a zest for life and for trying new things. He likes meeting new people. What went wrong?

Generally, the privilege extends to protect marital communications after a divorce or one spouse dies (by Arkancide or other means).
However, in some jurisdictions, the privilege is invoked only by the spouse seeking not to testify. In other words, a bitter ex could easily waive the privilege and testify over the objections of a former spouse who would be hurt by such testimony. Then again, Arkancide comes into the picture as a factor discouraging such testimony.
Judge Wopner: “Mr. Weiner, do you have anything that will stand up here in court today?”
Did they do the right thing and give up costody of their son..?
Both are unfit to be parents.

If AG Sessions had some balls, Huma and Hillary would never divorce their husbands.

Weiner was supposed to be sentenced on 9/8 for sending obscene pictures to a minor. I read that the sentencing may have been postponed. Anyone have any info on this?
Were they ‘holding hands, making all kinds of plans’?
In a just world Huma and Hillary would have been executed for treason.
