And when can we expect the voter fraud charges to be prosecuted?

If 59.2 percent or more of them went for Hassan, then the election was stolen through voter fraud. Thats likely, since the surrounding states are Democrat strongholds. I'd guess that at least 95% of the fraudulent votes went for Hassan (D).

At the very least, we know who those people are. Why not prosecute them? It should be relatively easy to determine if these individuals voted in their previous state as well as New Hampshire.

If the vote fraud and overall election corruption is not stopped during this administration and ironclad safeguards not implemented,we are in very serious trouble.

Looks like the FBI could investigate this since the perpetrators had to cross a state line to commit the voter fraud. That is, if the Trump administration yet has supervisory control over the FBZI.

This happened in the 2008 primaries to give us McCain as a candidate which gave us Obama. McCain was running last until NH resurrected him.

This has been an open secret since the Rats first enacted “same day registration” and when they insisted on vetoing its repeal when Republicans gained control of the state legislature.

I listened to
The Kuhner Report and
The Howie Carr Show out of WRKO in Boston some before the election and they and their callers discussed this voter fraud often, saying it had happened for many years and some voters would call in from a town in NH and describe all the voters coming in with out-of-state tags.
It's never been a secret. Maybe it will finally be investigated.

Why can’t researchers get the list of names and check to see which ones:
A) Also voted in MA or other State; and,
B) Still live in MA or other States; and,
c) Party affiliation wherever the voters actually live?
The NH Senator elected on the back of this cheating should be shamed into resigning.

Good points. The current state AG is a Republican.

Might have been a good thing here. She was/is an acolyte of McNuts & Grahamnesty! If either one of two reached around to scratch his ass, they would have poked Ayotte right in the eye!

Intensely maddening that this will never be prosecuted. Never. It’ll just be water under the bridge, like nothing happened. It won’t even be investigated past the prose common-sense discussion offered here by Kobach.
In the next phase, multiple bills will be proffered in those states that offer same day registration; In response the ACLU, Dems, and other groups will raise holy hell, and the case (to kill SD registration) will lose. It will then be appealed to the Supreme Court, lose again, and in the end will land us precisely where we are right now, with an entrenched mode of electoral fraud permanently ratified. By that time, I would expect registration and LATE voting to be enabled for up to 30 days AFTER the election has occurred.
