It’s not even an issue of “manning up” because that implies they’d do something if they were brave enough. At least two of those people have overtly worked to destroy America, so any harm NoKo would do would fit in to their agenda.
Any guy that leaves the border open is no better than others who try to destroy the nation.
None of them manned up and faced the situation.
