I hadn’t heard that...looking it up, it appears that they OVERPAID but what the heck, what’s money?

I wondered why they were having the fence installed around the property but assumed the owner Lockhart was footing the bill as a (ahem) “favor”...perhaps that was done after they decided to buy?

No one told him fences don’t secure anything.....

I’d like to see a current picture with the fence completely done. I saw some when it was being built.
