I don't care for most Woody Allen movies I have seen. "Boring" is about right, though i've never seen "Annie Hall" and people tell me it's really good.

"Sleeper" is about the only one I thought was slightly funny.

While I can't stand him, before his eccentricities became public, he made some really hilarious movies, especially his older movies: Everything you Ever Wanted to know about Sex, Sleeper, and then there's my personal favorite, Take the Money and Run.
